Issue, initially, with handling multiple pairs of glasses with a tiny basket, but the service is always good. Got them off my existing prescription.no test.pick-up swift and professional.many thanks

Last contact lens order in August, the store forgot to order them from the supplier.this contact lens order again, not ordered but I received calls to come pick them up.
Upon attending the store I was asked to covid check in when no one else was, I told them I was attending to pick up my lenses, ushered in to take a seat. Waited for a while, then a different staff member dumped another covid check in in front of me telling me to check in and went off again to try and find my order. I heard them saying they couldn't find them, he comes back again demanding to see my covid check in tick, never before have I refused but I did on principle since no one else was checking in, further. I wanted to wait outside to pick up my lenses not sit there.
Staff member said the order was only just placed 2 days ago. I attended a week ago and has received calls from them.
Once this order is received, that's it. Competitor it will be.
The most unreliable, undependable and difficult store to deal with.

Hello to the Team at Specsavers Westlakes,
Thanks so much for your help and support, I had an Eye infection due to contact lenses, wearing them too long and too much after visiting an Eye Specialist was referred to getting glasses, so I visited the Westlakes Store, on Tuesday 15th February I had the Eye check and advised of what I needed for glasses,
Big Thank you to the lady who did that, didn't remember your name thanks you were very pleasant and courteous, then I had Courtney help me select the frames, after awhile a decision was made, Courtney was great again pleasant and helpful at helping me with my decision of what frames to buy, and what I needed on my Lenses the followingThursday, I had the call to say my glasses were ready, thanks again to Liddean who did the final fit, the glasses are Great, Especially having 2 pairs, one for everyday and a tinted pair for driving,

Service just Brilliant,

I selected frames from the 2 for $249 range, then additional cost were added without explanation. They have now lost me as a customer.

The manager and staff were very helpful and understanding to my order Having picked out a frame then had to go back in to select another pair of frames they were very apologetic they helped me so much and gave me a discount which I was very appreciated. I even got my glasses back within 2 weeks which I was grateful as my eyes have changed.
Thankyou to everyone who made my transition smoothly.

The staff that attended me were lovely, it's a pity you can't have the same person attend to you from the time you go there, to the time you go and collect your glasses. Fairly good range to choose from.
I found the shop to be very over crowded and noisy

Recently had my second annual appointment at Specsavers West Lakes. I felt so happy with the service first time round and was wondering if it would be as good this second time. Couldn't have been better! The staff were welcoming, the optom was very professional; she explained what is causing changes to my prescription and happily answered my questions about this. Then a staff member helped me to select frames to suit my small nose bridge. I am so grateful they steered me right. My girlfriends sometimes comment that they love my glasses and I tell them, "Specsavers West Lakes". Thank you, I'll be back!

I use a wheelchair and it is very difficult to manoeuvre in the testing room and the Optometrists room Would be a g8 assistance if 1 set of rooms could be more user friendly for wheelchairs. Thx

Will only ever bring my daughter here, had tried other places years ago but the staff and optomitrists here always are really helpful and my daughter always leaves feeling so confident about herself and her glasses

Wow! Recently moved to the area and had my first visit last week for an eye test and like I said Wow! The staff here are absolutely fantastic! They are helpful without being intrusive, friendly and informative without being condescending.

I dealt with multiple staff at the front (unfortunately I didn’t get everyone’s names but one was a lovely girl with long dark brown hair at the counter, she was wonderful!), and their COVID greeter was all smiles

Hahn helped me with some initial tests, she is an absolute delight and I believe my optometrist was Alice - also outstanding and kind, everyone was terrific really.

It was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time, just a really nice atmosphere!

For a team to be this fantastic in these difficult times speaks volumes about this team! I really hope the company appreciates you!:)

Peter at Westlakes assisted my disabled family member with an eye health assessment and selection of frames. I found Peter to be very respectful towards my family member, he adapted his approach and communication to assist and be understood. Peter was patient and explained every action, every step of the way. Thank you Peter for making the journey easier and helping my family member to see better because of you. Thanks also to the team.we felt welcome and supported.

First experience at an optometrists and was very impressed. Visited after having issues staring at screens all day, the optom was able to explain clearly and easily as to why and was able to recommend the right lenses and product to suit what I needed. Happy to recommend highly.

Worst Experience Ever!

First time ordering my glasses from there and it will be my last. They said it would only take 2 weeks. Well, It’s been week 4 now and still haven’t received it. When asked when will I get it? They simply had no idea.

Terrible service, by this I mean incorrect information and no text messages or phone calls when delivery is held up. Staff need proper training when dealing with customers.

Much better service at specsavers Tea tree plaza specsavers after purchasing my glasses here. Westlakes rushed me and couldn't get me out of the store quick enough when picking up my glasses, couldn't be bothered making sure they were adjusted properly

Posting on behalf of my mum: This is the first time I have been to Specsavers West Lakes, met this young optometrist Amanpreet. She was very patient with me and thorougly explained what is wrong with my eyes. She even missed her lunch to help me out. Dispenser had nice customer service skills too.

Had an eye test and purchased new glasses from Specsavers West Lakes recently, and found the whole process straight forward and easy. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I am stoked with my new Marc Jacobs glasses. Will definitely be going back.
