Westside Glitzy Girls had a wonderful morning of wine tasting, fabulous company and the staff happy and welcoming.highly recommend.

Food was lovely, more high end with prices to match. We went for lunch on a wintery day and unfortunately it was rather cold, the heating was inadequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Interesting art work on walls, worth a look.

Great service and atmosphere. They accommodated coeliac and vegetarian very well. There is no danger of anyone leaving sidewood hungry.

This was hands down the best vineyard we visited throughout both Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale! Both me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed all the wines and agreed it was the best experience we had. Jacob L was an extremely experienced sommelier and was able to detail the tasting experiences of each wine vividly. I've never had a more thorough and educational wine tasting experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks about wineries in the Adelaide region.

Attention to detail from staff and delicate well balanced food to the palate. Highly recommend. Makes for a lovely slow romantic evening savouring the flavors.

The place is awesome and the food and drink quality is 5/5.

Unfortunately, the last 3 times I’ve been there, there’s been big groups of drunken 20 year olds blasting their own music and smashing glassware. It’s disappointing that the management doesn’t enforce a basic level of control over intoxicated patrons. This really ruins the environment, so I won’t be going back there or recommending it to anyone.

DISCRIMINATORY Venue.tried to book party of six.don’t go here they discriminate when all mandates are being dropped and THEY DON’T stop transmission!

Thank you Jacob for an informative, thought provoking and story telling experience. Great wines that were well presented. We were able to taste 14 wine between the two of us, great value.

Food was tasty however I think over priced for group settings.especially if picking set meals and you can't choose your entree as it was chef's choice.the set menu that you can download from the website doesn't read that it's limited to a selection in any way or that the chef will be deciding your entree so this was disappointing that we had to choose a selection of three mains but no choice for the entree.the service was good very attentive. I can't see us returning though at $68 a per person for a 2 course and one you don't even get to choose

We were at Sidewood restaurant with some friends and our kids over the Easter weekend. Food was amazing and the service too. Had a wonderful time.

Fantastic garden and setting. Utterly let down by the quality of the food and coffee. We had an average pizza, cold dull chips and fatty wings and delivered disjointly. The food was literally awful. 2 starts because of boost from setting and staff were trying. Would not come back again.

Outstanding location and venue everything was fantastic and the service was terrific. There is a great play area for kids or adults only section. The pizza and chicken pie were great. The wine was excellent and beers very nice.

Amazing winery and restaurant, with large indoor outdoor and mixed areas.

Disappointing. Booked the restaurant and instead was seated in casual area. Service was pushing us out the door wanting to take our plates multiple times before we even finished the meal. Service was miserable. No winery feeling. Food was not worth the $220 bill. Would not recommend.

It's a really nice spot and quiet enough considering its proximity to the main road. The pizzas were nice and reasonably priced. My only issue was the mark up on their own wine was ridiculous, around 120%.

We visited without a booking for a tasting after having a bottle of Sidewood Pinot the night before.

The service here was as good as the wines - Outstanding.

We did not feel rushed and time was taken to explain the wines and answer our questions.

We purchased a few bottles, and looking forward to returning next time we are in Adelaide.

This is certainly a well-run and managed Cellar Door.

Great place with a lovely family friendly environment. They have some great outdoor play equipmwnt for school aged kids, but not much for toddlers. It has a really nice atmosphere out among the trees. Their selection of ciders are really nice and refreshing on a hot day. The food is nice, however a bit too pricey, I.e small 11inch pizzas range from $20-$30, which is a bit steep.

Wouldn’t recommend going here for the restaurant food. We received extremely poor service from the staff and waited over 30 minutes for our entrees to be cleared and another 30 for our mains to arrive. The mains were huge which is definitely value for money if that’s what you’re looking for. The pork was fried and an overwhelming size. We canceled our desserts due to being at the venue for over 2 hours just for 2 courses with no option to order additional drinks.

We must admit we were envious of those in the outdoor casual dining.

I had a fantastic day at the Sidewood Restaurant with my wife and her daughter and friends. The food was absolutely amazing and I think we can vouch for everything as we all shared our dishes! We did wine tasting with Serena who was a font of knowledge and helped me understand the differences in wines, (as I am usually a beer person), and I think I could probably say things now which may convice some people I know a little about wine. Great host and really enjoyable. My wife also did the sabrage and when I saw her with a sabre was grateful we had not fallen out recently as under Serenas guidance looked quite the expert knocking the top off!
Every member of staff we met was welcoming and friendly and although I cant remember all of the names, Ali the chef, Leanne, William, Joshua and everyone else were fantastic and a credit to the venue manager Fiona and the Owners.
Thoroughly enjoyable day and would highly recomend it to anyone looking for a lovely day to remember.
