Sicily Pizzeria e Bar reviews
58This was my 4th visit - pizza is consistent, service is friendly but has been slow every time. Agree with other reviews that seating is quite tight and it gets very loud. No split/separate bills (will only charge one card).
Our booking was for 8pm and our table was ready at 8.40pm. We had to stand on the street and wait. We had a very large table booking and two people didn't turn up, however they insisted on us paying for the extra two.
The food was great the staff were average.
Waited 40mins but staff were too busy to take our order.so we left. Lots of lovely restaurants on Rundle St, no need to wait so long.
Authentic Italian pizza.simple ingredients and crust you will not chuck away. Every ingredient used was tasted. Will definately be back! Highly recommend the eggplant roulades!
Service was slow, but the staff were friendly. Food was simple traditional Italian. Gluten free pizza base was impressive. Flavours were simple, but it was an enjoyable meal.
We loved our dining experience!
It took us right back to Europe!
Thanks for a FABULOUS meal!
Terrible service - firstly they lost our booking and had to sit outside in the freezing cold, and secondly did not have enough cutlery and glasses for our table. Half our table didn't have knives or wine glasses. If you do not have the facilities to cater to that many people then don't.
Food was good however other patrons were asked to move mid-meal to a smaller table. We thought this was incredibly rude and the patrons concerned will probably not return nor recommend it to others.
Opening of the fringe we had dinner here, service was great but the pizza's had very little topping on them. There was absolutely no topping anywhere near the crust. I'm looking for the best pizzas in Adelaide and and had hopes for this restaurant but sadly, this isn't it.
We were near the wood oven where staff seem to fling clean crockery onto a pile which was very noisy. If we return we will probably choose a table on the street.which may be quieter!

Dough on the pizza is just done so well, ingredients of the highest quality and a fantastic addition to a fine restaurant precinct
Fantastic authentic pizza. Good service and food quick to come out. Loud inside. Will dine again
Authentic. Food is great and not long to wait.
Staff know their menu well.
Seating is very tight & gets too loud.
The staff were great, the pizza's okay, not filling for the price. The variety of pizza was dismal. All meat was pork products, no chicken or beef or seafood. A real shame.
As close as you will get to a pizza sitting somewhere in Italy. Dough perfect, sauce spot on and the mozarella wow, cooked beautifully. The value for money is there too. We were in a large group and had one of the set menu offers, pizza and antipasto plus we added the pork sausage.could not fit another mouthful in all for under $40 per person. Complimenti!
Oh the pizza! It's amazing. Traditional, simple and oh so tasty. If you visit in 'mad March' then you'll find that Rundle St is closed to traffic and they put tables out on the street. Makes for a really great atmosphere.
Brillant pizza lightest pizza base in adelaide. Gr8 service they aim to please. Keep up the gr8 work guys. Cheers
Best authentic Sicily experience in Adelaide. Cono your host is good operator. Even better when Dean Martin music playing.
We ate here during the fringe and so sat us at the bar and as a result we had staff yelling over us, it would of been better to turn us down or at least let us decide! The food was good but not great, staff were friendly however service average for example they left our dirty entree plates on the table for the entire meal so we used these for all our courses.
