Great place! Great food, amazing atmosphere, finally people know how to run a restaurant in Australia! Definitely have to visit!

The absolute best pizza in town. Authentic Italian food, the most amazing chef, fantastic customer service and just an all around brilliant atmosphere. We come nearly every Friday night and always look forward to it. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Great food. Had the set menu as we were a large party but still great and lots to go round. Excellent margarita cocktails

Can't recommend the lasagne, was served cold and the pasta was over cooked and was obviously reheated in microwave. Pizza was OK.

Enjoyed an excellent sourdough veg pizza, made perfectly. The eggplant entree was very tasty. The latte was pretty average, kind of a milky drink with Italian espresso. The waiter forgot one of our pizzas and I didn't mention it because we didn't need it in the end. It was quiet for a Saturday afternoon, so it wasn't too loud, a good atmosphere for meeting with friends.

Food was good, though pizza was on the slightly charred side.
Staff was friendly, but was disappointed when I received a voicemail at around 7pm while we were at the restaurant already asking "table for 16, what happened? " If Manager was not sure if we were on sites, the better question would be "may I confirm that you are still arriving? "
I think they forgot their manners and professionalism toward their customer. Would i come back?

My husband and I loved the pizza and customer service. The pizzeria was very busy but the pizza was made so quickly and the staff are very efficient! Such a great experience! I strongly recommend. Campagna pizza is delicious!

My meal was cold.twice! 2 attempts at heating. Lasagne was heated in microwave to serve! Waitress argued with me when I told her! She was not happy! Overcrowded and noisy! Would not recommend.

This time we had a margarita and the pizza prosciutto and salad. Pizzas were absolutely delicious nice thin base, sauce taste good not over powering well balanced. How ever the prosciutto on the pizza was tad oily.

I tried a few times to get a pizza from hetebthrought my stay, but it was always super busy. On my last night in Adelaide i thought I'd try again.yah! They weren't busy. Best ever pizza! Arrived about 9: 30 and the atmosphere was awesome. Really friendly staff.thankyou!
The pizza was delicious, it was soft and fluffy and extremely tasty, with plenty of toppings. It was unlike any pizza I had ever had before.so so nice!

The best authentic Italian pizza in Adelaide, good customer service and a great atmosphere; I'll definitely be back soon!

Pizzas are good here. 100% live up to their name. Decent variety options to choose from their menu.

Called restaurant 30mins prior to our reservation saying we would be 10 mins late and asked if this was okay, staff (owner) said “not really but okay. ”. Table service was extremely poor the entire time which we turned a blind eye to due to it being a busy time of year. With this said, we drew a line at the fact we were served our salad with no plates or cutlery (for a second time that evening) 20 minutes after our table had been cleared. After 10 minutes of patiently waiting we tried to get the attention of a staff member which failed. Eventually (after 15 minutes of being ignored) we stood up, assuming this would get someone’s attention which it did not. 30 minutes after being delivered our food without and means of eating it we were finally able to flag down a staff member where we politely asked to be refunded for our salad and have it taken away due to what had happened. The waiter said that she completely understood and sincerely apologised. We went to the till and were met with the rudest, most aggressive, abusive and vile person I have ever had to deal with. Instantly we were met with aggression and foul language. We never had a chance to explain our situation as he simply did not care to listen. The cherry on top of the cake was the ‘refund’ he issued us which was a $10 note he grabbed from THE TIP JAR and threw at us.

All of the poor reviews about this man are not exaggerations. Whenever I tell this story to friends and family they match me with an equal story about how vile they were treated by this person. He is lucky his restaurant is situated in a busy location because it sure isn’t the good customer service that brings people there.

Absolutely disgusted and surprised this man is still able to get away with treating other humans like this.

Above all I feel sorry for the staff who have to work under this management. If this is how he treats his customers I can only imagine how he treats his staff.

The reviews about the owner aren't wrong! Most aggressive behaviour I have ever seen.

Atmosphere is terrible. There are so many tables crammed into the restaurant it's hard to move without tripping over them. During our visit one of the side windows was open to allow a table to go from inside to outside - normally fine, but given how windy it was, not pleasant.

On the plus side - absolutely first grade pizza. Great stuff, no complaints at all.

Service was meh. Requested to take away the left overs which were folded and shoved into a take away container. If I wanted a calzone I would have ordered one, cheers. Oh, and the public holiday surcharge is 15% according to the bill, not the 10% on the menu. Sigh.

Good as the pizza was, it's hard to recommend it over many other better options in Adelaide.

The service was spectacular, the pizza was nice with a very traditional Italian base. Cooked in a woodfire oven. The sauce was beautiful. We had the nutella calzone make sure you try it it was amazing.

I received possibly the worst service I've ever experienced at Sicily Pizza Bar last Friday night. We had 11 on our table and when we went to order our pizza we told we had to order a banquet type meal. On the menu it said it is reccomended but not required. I spoke to the manager and said we prefer to get pizza's on our own in which he responded and said his team can't make that many pizza's at once and I advised we don't mind them being staggered. The manager became aggressive in his behaviour and was being sarcastic and told me if I don't like it to leave. When I said I would post a bad review of the service he said 'is that the best you got'. For a manager to try and intimidate a younger female patron is disgusting. I hope the owner views this and reconsiders who they have managing their restaurant - as all 11 of us advised we would never go there again and I've already warned family/friends of my experience.
