San Churro West Lakes

Absolutely love coming here, the churros are great and the service is always amazing. Highly recommend coming here any time of day and night! Shoutout to Damon for being awesome, he's an amazing worker!

Terrible service waiting over an hour for my food. They had brought my wife’s food out and had completely forgotten about mine had actually go up and remind them about my order. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Have been going here for years, great to see the variety of vegan options they have and the good quality food that they produce! They always provide a fast and friendly service!

Poor lad working on his own tonight was closing up but still allowed us to order along with the many others that followed after with take aways.

His customer service didn't budge while still managing to multitask serving customers and cleaning up when he could have turned everyone away.

I was here and experience was worst. The main reason is that, only one boy was doing everything which delayed the service. He was doing more than a single person could do.
To the owner, how can you let one staff run the whole place? Is it to save labor cost?
You are saving labor cost but your customers are upset. Which one will be your choice?

I come here all the time and it is never anything less than great. Top tip: ask for the Spanish hot choc with mint, it's just the best.

Customer service is poor. Along side the fact that they are very under staffed. Got a smoothie that was $8 and tasted like the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. Then was told they were to busy to remake the drink and don’t have the ingredients to do so. Over all service wasn’t very good, and food took way to long to come out. Not happy. Would rate this 0 starts if I had the option.

Yuuum. These guys are always so lovely to me. I just tried their new vegan velvet milk hot chocolate. I took it home and put it in the fridge. It turned into a gorgeous dessert, sort of a creamy mouse I guess. It tastes amazing this way, or put some on top of berries with crushed nuts. Yuuuummm. So you can go both ways with this drink. Hot or cold for a dessert. And if you're lactose intolerant or sensitive to dairy, you'll love this.

Great dessert place in Westlakes! We visited the store on sunday night and took the kids for a dessert treat, everyone Just loved it! The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcoming. Would be definitely going back:)

Staff too busy worrying about Uber eats orders rather than the customer's who actually made an effort to visit the establishment. My order was sitting on the counter for approximately 5 minutes (in that time my churros were stone cold) while the store itself wasn't overly busy.

Great service, plenty of room to sit and talk, coffee is amazing and is always hot (not luke warm like at most other places) and the cakes look yum.

Dark chocolate mochachino is very bitter and horrible. All other products I have tried are delicious.

Probably one of the smoothest cappuccino's I have had. Staff are pleasent & seem to really want to give you there best service. Chocolate pretzels 11/10.

What could be a great experience with some fabulous sweets is only a let down. I have visited whilst shopping several times in hope that customer service will improve. I do love the menu choices, but the vibe is slightly dirty and glib. It is a lot to pay to sit in an atmosphere that is less than friendly.often it feels there are no staff on. Disappointed every time. I can not see this cafe lasting. It needs to be a place where people want to venture for a relaxing sweet indulgence. It needs to be welcoming and cosy!
