San Churro West Lakes

You have to try the Azteca! It's a very thick hot chocolate with a hint of chilli. Magnificent if you can enjoy those flavours together. Of course the churos are a go to and very tasty.

Generally a good Churro but due to recent change in packaging you get only half the amount of dipping sauce but still pay the full price.
There isn't enough dipping sauce in a container for 3 churros and it leaves you just eating plain churros halfway through the second one let alone having enough dip for the strawberries.

They still use the normal containers for the strawberries so they can't argue it's an environmental reason.

I made a delivery order from the san churros app for two snack boxes and two drinks. I got a call from one of the workeres during the delivery process saying the driver left without my two drinks and asked if I had the contact details of the driver which I didn't, I could only see the driver's name.

When the driver arrived, we asked him about it and it was true, he only had the two snack boxes I ordered and no drinks. I made him call the store back while he kept complaining that it wasn't his fault and that he had already done so many orders that day which has nothing to do with me.

The same employee who had called me earlier picked up and it was ultimately decided that he would give me a refund for the drinks and told me to email them my bank details and that the money should be sent back the next morning.

I did as told and emailed them my bank details and waited. The day after I was told i would get my money back, I sent a follow up email because I still hadn't gotten a reply from them or my money.

This happened about 2 weeks ago (4th June) and I still haven't gotten a reply or my money back.

2 stars because at least the snack boxes were good.

Everything came out one at a time and by the time my desert came. Everyone had finished. Useless

Sunday night, the venue was not busy and there were 4 employees working. We ordered through QR code. After 30 min, where Uber orders were served before us even though the orders came after our, we gently asked if our order was on the way. They forgot about the order. After 12 additional minutes of wait for 6 churros, the order was not correct. We just left.

Best coffee
A lovely girl called Hannah served me, she was very friendly, had a beautiful smile and made the best coffee.
I love my coffee and she made it perfectly.

Seen mixed reviews of this place. So if your counting calories DO NOT GOE TO THIS PLACE lol, I had 647 calories left, 1547 calories over hahhaha. Hey place is a really good clean environment. No issues with the staff at all. The order was frikken awesome. Gotta be at the gym longer tommoz hahaha.

Went with my family this Saturday as the kids wanted to have ice cream. Was standing there for 15-20 mints and none of the three girls working behind the counter even bothered to acknowledge us. I understand they were busy making orders but just a simple “ hi, won’t be long “ won’t hurt. We were there just after 10 pm and finally left around 10.25 pm as no one bothered to even serve us. I have always patronised your place for the chocolate cake and macaroons but I will never return to this place even if this is the only place open for ice cream.

Ordered the the 60 dollar grazing box, drove 5 minutes to grange, opened the box to see mouldy strawberries. Not just one, but ALL of them. An honourable mention, should also be the bugs that we found crawling ALLLL over them.
Called Sam Churro to let them know, the only thing they could do was offer us a fresh batch of strawberries. If this is what they consider fresh, why would I want more mouldy and best infested strawberries.
No refund. Not impressed.
Guy who answered the phone was Less then helpful and quite disinterested. Hopefully no one else had ingested these.

Nice place and always enjoy San Churro, just some feedback, my iced coffee was not cold unfortunately… also they served our hot churros before our savoury food which made them cold and unpleasant by the time we got to eat them.

Near empty, and tables left dirty. Waited 5min at counter before having order taken. Took nearly 30min for order to come out.

The churros was so good, worn, soft and melt in the mouth however the chocolate shake was not present and without asking almost the whole lot was made from that cream and only few drop was down on that cup.

Wasn't overly impressed at all. Only a handful of people in there all sitting and served but took quite a while to order. There were 4 staff on and our order took so long to arrive. The disappointment continued with the food and drink presentation and then the quality. Cake was terribly dry, iced chocolate was terrible and the coffee no better.
I won't be returning

Very disappointed took my kids out for Churros for 2 and another menus item after a 45 min wait was told it would be a further 10-15 mins I was given a refund as per my request but busy or not that wait was unacceptable only give one star because unable to post no stars

Always busy. I still have to wait even I have ordered ahead of time. Fair taste on their churros.

Food and beverage quality is good. Staff is kind as well. But this place is always understaffed, late service, dirty tables

Poor, inattentive, service, waited 35 min for a small order after being told it's busy. Barely served anything during our wait. Staff Seemed disinterested.

Their app goes blank in 'Contact us' the leave 'feedback' section.

Rude, disrespectful and arrogant behaviour from counter staff. Not allowing for dine-in at 9: 25 pm though the shop was closing at 10 pm. Not fair at all. Charged extra $3 for public holiday.

Delicious and yummy and fun and tasty and great. A little pricey in my opinion but they're really worth it just for the experience.
