San Churro

Last time I was in they refused to take an order for a takeaway coffee half an hour before closing time. This time thankfully it seems they've listened to some feedback. Good on them.

Of four orders, two were wrong. One was supposed to be vegan and came with regular chocolate so we are very dissatisfied with the service and attention to detail

Disgusting table side water. All glasses were filthy - one glass still had lipstick on the edge. All glasses weren’t dried properly. That’s a good way for bacteria to gather. Worker completely deflected the issue. Own up to your mistakes and clean all cups properly.

Wow, coffee and churros out of this world. Everything on the menu looked great, it is quite costly but if you're looking to treat yourself then paying the little extra cost is 100% worth it. 5* service and 5* taste.

Lovely cafe. I prefer sitting outside because it has a good view of the botanical garden's entrance.

Just the yummy treat my bestie and I were craving following a fabulous show at The Garden with Venesualan comedian Ivan.

I know its a werid thing to say but the cashier had a werid vide to him as if he didn't want to be there as well as when taking our order he turned his back to us as well as walked off with no warning but other than that, it was all great and we had a great experience after

The staff were very nice and polite. Due to equipment failure I waited for almost an hour for my order. A refund was given

Waitress failed to complete order, questioned us as to wether we were sure what we'd ordered.
Food and drinks were fantastic and tasty as always

This is a very well presented and modern looking cafe. The churros are so delicious! Staff are polite and service is great. I highly recommend this place.

Ok when you finally get what you ordered, Churros ok hot chocolates are so so. Azteca is really special though.

Really bad service. Odered three things together. They provided it one by one and last one came after 25 minutes after finishing the first drunk. And worse thing which that attendee girl did, when my friend asked her to get us take away container so we can take that 60% chocolate cake home. She took away the cake and throw it away in bin. And instead of telling us about this directly another guy came with another cake, and my friend have allergy the berries in food.

Absolutely awsome experience, staff were amazing with a special mention to manager Brett who went above and beyond to help out. Service was fast and food was incredible 10/10 would reccomend a visit here and we will definitely be back!

Lively atmosphere and extensive menu which caters for dietary requirements such as vegan. Personally prefer St Louis churros though.

I went here to get a hot chocolate and it seems that I'm bothering the attend. Maybe it's too busy for only 2 waitress but costumers has nothing to do with it.

Best place to get fresh churros and plenty of other desserts. Must visit for everyone with a sweet tooth

I ordered churos, she said I can choose two sauces, i ordered the pink one with dark chockolate, with coffee it came to $27.
After paying I asked why so much, she said $3 extra for the pink sauce.
Why did she not mention this was not included in my two sauce selection?
Poor service thats why.
