San Churro

Food is amazing, serving staff is very friendly even when its super busy. Last night I went there with 3 other friends in the night and as usual it was busy. So we ordered our food and managed to find one table for 2 ppl and we shared that table. Once the store was not busy any more we moved the table next to our table and joined it together. Within a minute one old grumpy guy asked us to move the table back very rudely and his solution was us to move to a table which was not even cleaned. I don't know what we did wrong there for him to react that way. There was no other cleaned tables that's why we sat where we where. Even the people sitting next to us where quite shocked by the way he treats customers.

The staff is always stress though! A bit of welcoming attitude would be great!

Very convenient place to access because this is in just in front of road side car park. We had hot chochalate and few snacks and they were really really good. Staff was so friendly and efficient. Except that I would say I had a little confusion at the counter when I was trying to put my order, Which is 'where can I order'. Therefore, If you could display sign like'order here' it would be much helpful to the customers specially in the busy time. Good luck!

Normally the girls on in the morning are wonderful but I’m not sure if the girl on today is new but I felt very unwelcomed by her.she had a front fringe. Will definitely come back for the coffee but it’s a shame to know the service won’t always be as great as previously experienced.

Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. Is you have a sweet tooth don’t walk past even when it’s crazy busy they will make anything work for you. Definitely know how to manage staff and customers in this crazy COVID times

Ordered churros for 2, smoothie, hot chocolate on Thursday evening. Churros came out 5 minutes before the smoothie, then waited roughly half an hour for the hot chocolate with no acknowledgement or apology from staff.
Churros and smoothie were nice and guy on counter was friendly, but probably wouldn't go back.

Delicious hot chocolates and great cakes, level of customer service, terrible.
Ordered online, showed up 5 minutes after the given pick up time. The staff had no idea where my order was and she suggested maybe my order hasn't arrived yet, I felt weird as I had order 15 minutes before. After few minutes another staff came and asked about my order, after telling her about it my order somehow magically appeared, cool.
I lined up to get a cake to take away, was waiting for my cake for 25 minutes until someone else brought back a cake saying they gave her the wrong cake, not surprisingly it was my cake.
Love the hot chocolate but just the staff are absolutely clueless.

I have been here multiple times & it always surprises me with its dessert quality & options. If you are a chocolate fan, you must try their Spanish hot chocolate collection. It is heavenly especially on a chilly winter evening. Another must-try item is their "death by chocolate" monstrous melting cake.

Best time to visit - anytime in evenings, Friday nights are usually packed.

I have been to this San Churro a few times over the years & unfortunately the service is always terrible. Got to a point where i felt the need to share, after a really unpleasant evening.
There is a staff member, (presumably the owner? Based on his age/demeanor etc) who is consistently rude & just doesn't seem to want to be there. He won't provide help with the menu & is very curt in his responses. He's also very particular about where people sit, as in you must sit at a table most suited to the size of your party (2 people must sit at a 2 person table etc), he seems to get visibly irritated with people who sit at tables and have excess 'unfilled' seats, regardless of how busy or empty the place is (i do understand if its busy, you want all seats filled from a business perspective, if this is the case he should seat patrons as they enter, not have a free for all, but get irritated with those who don't follow his unstated seating philosophy.)
There was a spill on the floor, which one staff member slipped on, however no staff made any attempt to clean it up or warn nearby customers.

I am somewhat relieved (for my own selfishness) but also saddened by the other reviews here which share similar views.

Awesome experience & curros are really great in quality.i am generally visting their on weekly basis.customer service is nice even in busy times as well.the dips are yuummmy.must try.its delicious.

Went to San churros on a Friday night and was told to wait for a table and they would get us when there was 1 free. We watched people walk in after us be seated as they did not care and had no system of booking people in. San Churros does not care about their customers!

I have been there multiple times, but today I were there, and waiting for my order for 30 mins, until I go to the front and ask. Few groups of people ordered churros after ours and took their orders. A bit disappointed, because we brought the kids to the town specially for churros.

Last night I ordered online 1 Churros for 2 with Double Your Churros for FREE offer with Patatas Bravas and Mac & Cheese Croquettes.

I only received 1 Churros for 2 and the store never answered their phone last night or today.

I've been here many times, always friendly service and delicious food and beverages, I redeemed my birthday churros today which were lovely, highly recommend this San Churros?

Ensure you order chocolate sugar free or you will end walking outside from here already being diabetic.

Even amongst lockdown, they're still able to make delicious food to ease your mind. Definately need to go if you want a delicious snack, just check out their new menu!

The front of house staff was the only good thing about this place. Churros were undercooked even after we asking them to make it again.

Love it! If you want an awesome coffee/hot chocolate/ mocha accompanied by some of the best sweets/churros Adelaide. YOU'VE FOUND YOUR PLACE! Beware, it gets busy so you might have to wait for a table or in line to order and pay but it's Soooooooo worth it!

Came in today to get a drink. The young staff were playing around and throwing food while handling my drink. Normally I wouldn't mind people being silly, but they were so loud and rude. I had my drink and left quickly.

Great tasting food and coffee, nice atmospheres, but service was a bit slow and the coffee was pretty expensive
