San Churro

Great food and great service, was super busy, but was served and got my order quickly. Love churros and their cake.

Best Place to have sweets, do try the original snack pack with ur fav dips (mine was milk chocolate) so so so good.

Do also try the Jalapeño Cheesy Bites its so delicious which you won’t find anywhere else

This place offers nice environment and good hot chocolate. Dont expect a great coffee environment as it will probably be crowded with lots of kids around.

Delicious desserts! The convenience of ordering from your table is very nice, the servings are a decent size and the staff are very friendly.:)

Had a lovely time, ordering from the table was super fast and easy, venue was bright and clean, the churros and the sundae we shared were excellent.

The staff forgot my order, I waited while my friends ate, no apology was given when it finally arrived.
Not that.clean either

So tasty and perfect serving size. Shared the Churro Snack Pack and had the choc-hazelnut and cookie butter dipping sauces. The sauce was drizzled on the top however, wish it were seperate instead and we could dip it ourselves. Nonetheless, was great quality and good service

I’m a regular customer here & have recognised these same certain workers every time I’m here who are consistently rude and do not have a care for their jobs it seems. They both currently have their mask down in the cooking area & when talking to customers!? ! Two stars because the barista was the only one who made us feel very welcomed, wearing their mask the whole time & got us table water even after I asked the Manager and Waitress. Very disappointed!

The coffee and the cake in this Cafe is nice. I don't like the cashier's behaviour much as he is a bit impatient and I felt he was a bit racist against me as an international migrant. But the cafe and the coffees are good.

Tucked away at the corner of Rundle St with indoor and outdoor seating. Yummy crunchy Churros with various chocolate dip options. The hazelnut dip was quite solid. More like a spread than a dip. St Churros chocolate caramel cake is very rich. And the caramel is very sweet. Definitely got a sugar high from it. Mousse layer was nice though. Brownie was bit fudgey but the chocolate taste wasn't as strong. Cheesecake was quite gelatine, doesn't seem like a baked cheesecake.

Good food however the very inattentive workers were too busy chatting to pay attention to their job. Waited 40 minutes for a simple churro that had been ready the whole time that she forgot to serve to me.

I paid for churros for 2, which should be 6 churros, but I got only 3. How can I trust if I'm having a take away? Very unprofessional and untrained behavior from the staff. I had to ride back all the way back. When I came back and explained the problem, even after showing my bank account transaction for the order, the staff was very rude that they didn't even call out for the order although the order was ready. When asked for the order the lady just threw away the box almost on the verge of falling on the other side. Very racist behavior as every other customers orders were called upon when ready! I've been to the best of the restaurants in Adelaide and across the globe also, but never experienced this rude customer service. Hope the staff gets some training on customer handling.

Thank you for the reply. Please post a video proof of me ‘creating a scene’. I would be more than happy to go through it and understand where you think the scene was created. I paid for 6 churros and went back to rectify my order as I had only received 3. No one has the time, nor patience to create scenes in a public space on a weekday for 3 extra churros. I have been a regular customer here and I had never experienced this before.

Your aggressive response now does not surprise me regarding the customer service I received. I perfectly understand that staff maybe overworked but no one has the right to throw someone’s order. You are raising some serious allegations here that you had to call the police. Please show me proof about this.
Now since you have put this in a public space, please show me evidence with time stamp about the store calling the police. The police strolled into the store as a customer and just placed their orders, without even uttering a word to me. If they were called because of me, why was I not approached or even spoken to by the police?
Please get your communication clear by viewing the video footage. Rather then defaming people, I urge you to put the video footage on this public space for the reviewers to see your 'customer service'.

With the kind of service that I received and the response here, without even trying to get facts correct, no one would be coming back to your place.

Atleast be open for reply rather then turning off the reply.

Shared Churro's and fruit plate with my sisters, enjoyed the hot chocolate drinks. Big serves and reasonably priced. Great place to enjoy a dessert and drink.

The coffee and food was delicious. The cafe looks clean and social distance is been managed well, and most of all the staff members are happy and friendly.

The owner of the store was extremely rude and racist! Constantly gave my friends and onside eyes and stared us down. He was being very disrespectful and came of very aggressive. The staff looked so done with him depressed and our food tasted as depressed as they looked! Will not be coming back the customer service was an extremely big turn off and dissapointing shouldn't be disrespectful to customers.

Had the worst experience here at san churro, my girlfriend was craving cake all day so I decided to take here to get chocolate cake and churros. When we sat down at our table they didn’t even give us a menu. When we were waiting for our food the waitress had no idea what she was doing. Our food was sitting cold at the counter for 10 minutes and the waitress was just staring at our food folding napkins. After we received our food the churros were cold.my girlfriends chocolate cake was horrible. She took one bite and started crying because it wasn’t what she wanted. Definitely won’t be coming back! Don’t see the hype

Very good, much chocolate. The two menu options are diabetes and cholesterol, but you don't come to a chocolate house to be healthy. Absolutely would recommend.

Very disappointed at chocolate cheesecake. I was craving some cheesecake and thought San Churro would be a good place for it since it is a desert restaurant, but I was wrong. The cheesecake they have there is not even a baked cheesecake! It honestly tasted like a quick desert I could have made myself at home.
