Salsas Fresh Mex

I understand they close at 9pm arrived at the drive thru at 8: 45pm in the line up with 3 cars in front of mine to order. As the vehicle in front pulled up to place his order all the menu lights turned off! 9pm he went forward and i approached the menu speaker to place my order.no response, customer in front got out of his vehicle came to me and said no one spoke with him. How rude that no warning was given as to not wanting to take any orders. I went through the drive through, due to the fact a week earlier at this place I attended inside to place an order, only to be ignored by staff for 10mins and then having to wait 20 mins while they attended to the drive through orders. This place is a joke! No customer service whatsoever.

Needed a quick bite after 30km ride, this place was open on a Sunday afternoon. Counter service is slow as they prioritise the drive-thru customers over those who walk-in. I should've ridden my bicycle through the drive-thru checkout! Not enough meat in the burrito I ordered but lots of rice. Oh well, I needed the carbs more, I guess.

No customer service is evident in this place. Service from time of ordering to receiving your meal is a joke! They don't care.

Having new staff on, the order arrived slower than usual but they were more than polite and offered us complimentary chips

Just picked up Surf & Turf bowl on a special promo. No pork in it! This isnt the first time something has been wrong with my order. If there was another drive thru mexican I wld go there.

Walked in at 6 pm and stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes waiting to be served, while the staff stood around and talked and laughed. One actually saw me but ignored me. The lovely Boost Juice worker came to serve me. Not happy at all. Other customers came in and were served straight away.
Then had to wait another 15 minutes for my 2 burrito order
Luckily they were very tasty.

I went for lunch, and unfortunately the staff didn’t understand what I asked about what type of drink was included in the regular meal, and I was charged more than I expected.
Burrito was good, but fries were not fresh and crispy.
I felt disappointed with my experience at this shop.

My favourite Salsas restaurant in Adelaide. I definitely recommend signing up to their rewards program as I have often had $2 burrito/bowls from this place - a great incentive so receive their promotional emails so you don't miss out on these one day events. Friendly staff that generally seem quite into their work. I feel like their burritos are a higher quality than Zambrero's (another Mex chain in Adelaide)

Only downside to this place is there's sometimes a lack of parking (a testament to how popular they can be)

Have really gone backwards. Used to come here often and received great service and awesome food. Terrible service today.the group of children staffing the restaurant were too busy stuffing around. Took 3 minutes to even talk to me, and when I was asked for my order, I was spoken to as if I was an unnecessary interruption to their group fun. They did not offer any cutlery or pack any in my bag, and it was not finger food. There are plenty of other quick Mexican options out there these days.next time I’ll visit one of those instead.

First time going here. Ordered a a Chicken and Guac burrito. They forgot the chicken. Such a disappointment.

How have I not heard of this chain? I'm not from Adelaide but BEST fast food by far! Got to be a healthier choice than the big name burger/pizza joints choice with their fresh salsa ingredients, delicious lime rice, pulled meats. So tasty too. I'll telling everyone back home to go here!

Terrible customer service. Went in to order take away and was standing there for a bit just waiting while they were taking orders on the phone and the drive through while not even batting an eye at us, nor did they say one second we will be with you shortly.

The burrito was REALLY salty. And the chips were a tad bit undercooked. But the fresh warm roll made up for it.

Be going for a few years now (driver through only).

Allways good food, they a bit slow in drive through, but orders allways correct.

They stop selling the Mexican soda. Which i like a lot.

Staff very friendly n helpful.

However, they tried to charge me an extra 50 cents to put hot sauce on my $12 burrito?

All the workers are so nice, energetic and friendly's. They are so cooperative. So thanks for all what you are doing.

The food is really good, especially the Holy Guac nachos and the Chip and Dip! I went through the drive thru, the service was reasonably fast and well done. I would definitely visit again!

Their menu changes are too unpredictable. Gone is the Calfironia burrito with mango and pineapple salsa. Gone is the fried chicken taco. However, the current promotional cheesy crunch fajita is on point and the steak & chip burrito has remained on the menu for some time. Where's the Mexican BBQ sauce though?

Great (fast) and tasty mex food. Lots of fresh ingredients and well made. Also their chips are super good!

Not great taste at all. Sauce is taste less. Staff even didn’t ask for how hot I want. And when we ask for make hot then $1 extra.what a joke

Too much rice in burrito.

Guzman y Gomez is best in all.
