Salsas Fresh Mex

Portion size ridiculously small for a full size burrito. Food was average and thrown together then wrapped multiple times around the same wrap producing a mostly bread filled burrito. There was only 1 car in front of me at the time and no one inside so wasn’t busy. Will not be returning.

Don't bother going into the drive through unless you want to wait more than 10 minutes. Who would've thought that having 3 different menus from Cibo, boost juice and salsas, would cause such a traffic jam. Although if you order.via uber it seems their drivers get preference as they weren't delayed at all.

Portion size was really small compared to other Salsas stores & didn’t taste fresh &the drive thru window was filthy.

Went for lunch today, sat in the drive through for 15 minutes, when we FINALLY got our food, the Nachos weren't made correctly, the "box" of chips was under half full at best and cold, and the "steak" and chip burrito had no more than 4 pieces of cubed steak in it. The Guac put onto the nachos was so salty I wasnt sure if there was anything else in it!

This place used to be amazing! Now they can't even get the basics done. I understand if you are busy, that mistakes happen, but even when I went inside after leaving the drive through, there was another customer in front of me who also had the same problem with their chips.

Absolutely appalling! Paid nearly 40$ for something I wouldn't have given my dog.

Went through drive through waited 10 minutes ordered - finally got to pick up to be told they had run out of things but would replace w extra meat and salad - what we got was little meat, lots of onions and lettuce that's it! Absolutely disgusting and would have been a better idea to let us know when we were ordering - $30 odd in the bin

Drive through can be ridiculously slow. The food is good. The boosts can sometimes be runny by the time you get them as they have been sitting there soooo long. The staff always forget to ask for salsas card. You can order Cibo and boost products but can only use a salsas reward card to collect points.

The food took forever. Then noticed the kitchen crew with no masks on. The front crew just wore them under their chin. Will never go back.

Gotta love public Holidays, the drive through was packed, so a long wait for food, and then they were out of hard shell Tacos. But the food was delicious, and they did apologise for the wait.

Customer service is horrible and the stuff could not get my order right. I've given them multiple chance's.

Been here multiple times and every time and they still can't get an order right (no ranch dressing thankyou)

Paid for extra chicken amd vegetables only to get a normal tiny amount of each, staff are rude and when I advised them it was wrong they just walked away while I was talking to them, this place gives the "salsa's brand" a bad name also NONE of the staff have their nose and mouth covered they wear their masks around their neck! And even the boost juice staff don't wear masks haha

Love this Mexican place Very fresh ingredients, very convenient with boost and cibo at the same place too

Waiting times are an absolute joke, staff have no idea what they are doing. How this business still runs is beyond me.
Have given the venue multiple chances, failed every time

Served by a delightful girl. At too much because it was too hard to decide. Good menu for vegetarians also.

Great food. Service needs a bit of care. Ordering dine in but gets take away instead and vice versa. At the time tables were dirty had to clean ourselves.

Food was good, well priced, fast enough, but the shop was quite smokey. All clothes ended up smelling like fried food. You could see the smoke. Not sure if it was just that day. But I'll think it twice to go again wearing work clothes.

Ordered through uber eats. Food was cold on delivery, but I understand that is the driver's fault. Opened the package and the large chips were in a small cup and only half full.you won't make a profit on that so at least make the food how it should be, very poor of you. Then the drink in the package was incorrect. Is it really that difficult to deliver the food that was ordered. I won't spend another dollar at your shop!

I`ve had chipotle chicken and guac burrito ($13,95). And it is bland, tasteless, messy and WATERY.
Large chips is not even as large as any other restaurant`s medium chips: D
At least Smokey chipotle mayonnaise is okay.

And just an advice; Wring out grated vegetables can help to improve taste.

One star was too much service was diabolical. Ignored a number of times by staff members too consumed by taking drive through orders. I like salsas but won't return here. Certainly not fast food

Healthy food and good customer service. Great for brunch and lunch. We had a burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, and french fries. Well-cleaned space. I wished for outdoor tables, but I think because of CoVID, most of the tables have been removed. Anyway, drive-through and toilets are available. They also have Boost juice if you are keen on some fresh juice.
