Salsas Fresh Mex

Staff here do not listen to specific order instructions and blame the customer. Two times on sperete occasions asked for crispy chicken taco and didn't receive it and was charged as if they were. Honestly shocking service and the staff were rude about it when I checked the order

I paid a visit to Salsas yesterday after craving some Mexican food for lunch and I ordered the Baja Steak Bowl in a meal with chips and a drink. The shop was drive through only and despite only having 3 cars ahead of me it took at least 20-25 minutes to get served and receive my meal. The meal was OK, not terrible but not great. The rice was extremely overpowered with lime and the bowl itself had way too much onion, it was hard to taste much past these two. The chips were obviously made before the bowl as they were stone cold inside the bag. I might be tempted to go back and try something different but I certainly won't be rushing back soon.

Poor service at drive through. Asked for a cheese quesadilla only to get this! Order took ages. Chips cold. Wrong and more expensive order. Lesson always triple check drive through orders!

Sent in an Uber order and they’ve declined it instantly!
Shop closes at 9pm, order was put through at 8pm.

Change your close time to 8pm if you don’t want to take anymore orders and or answer the phone AFTER 8pm!

I understand the clean up is full on, but a full hour?
That’s just ridiculous.

Convenient, with dine in or drive through. Chips are always great but the tacos and quesadillas are a hit and miss.
Also can order boost juice at drive through window.

Asked for no tomato, just wanted a meal on my birthday. Now I'm in hospital because someone can't follow notes. Thank you guys for wasting my money and time

Staff aren’t trained well or very friendly, wait times are ridiculous especially considering food is slapped together and badly portioned. Check your reviews and take on board I think!

Very poor experience. We come here quite a fair bit and almost everytime we have to make sure we are given the right items. We paid for extras in our burrito and recieved nothing. No Sauce whatsoever. It was dry and to top it off the tomato's weren't even ripe. If you are going to charge the customer extras actually make sure you give that.

Ordered two burritos and chips for pick-up through Menulog. Opened the bag in the carpark and found they’d not checked the order properly and hadn’t included the chips. Went back to fix the issue and got no apology for the staff member who put the chips in the bag and stapled it shut again without saying anything. Opened it in the carpark again and the chips were cold. Burrito size is tiny compared to other Mexican food competitors such as GYG or Zambrero.

I’ve been here twice and both times asked a staff member if what I’m ordering is at all spicy both times what I received was. I have a super low tolerance to anything spicy and I thought after explaining this to the staff they would at least be able to tell me if they weren’t sure but both times they said with with confidence that it wasn’t at all spicy.

I guess they lost my docket because i got my order after 20mins and i was the last cutomer eventhough i order first i had to ask one of the staffs to get my order if i didnt i have to wait for 30mins

Horrible experience

I can never tell if this location is opened or closed. Drive thru service is a "experience". I've attended shorter Orthodox church services.not sure if they process each order (start to finish) before they take another order at the speaker box. It was definitely fun to wait in the heat to find out. Ended up parking and going inside to order after waiting ages in the drive-thru line. They are consistent with long wait times, dirty restaurant and staff don't seem interested. 6 staff on and only 1 person working on customer orders. Gotta feel bad for her.

We went there around 8: 50 to get food, and the staff inside said that they are closed but the website said the closing time to be 9: 30. I would agree if it was 9: 15 but 8: 50! And neither they had closed sign on the door. What a shame!

We waited for a good 25 minutes in the drive through. There were only 3 cars wiaitng for food but the wait times were ridiculous!
Then the order was missing an item and we had to pull up and get back in store to collect the remaining burrito. Wouldn't go back to order food from here again. (Definitely not fast food)

The presentation of the food was very poorly done and rushed. Portion sizes were so small for what we paid for.

This place needs to be run properly, i have never seen a worst drive throu service till now. It always looks massively under staff plus the ones who are working look like they don’t know what they are doing. The message to he owners is if you dont improve service cost cutting is not going to save your business

Unprofessional and not hygienic.staff will serve a customer with gloves on, touch their screens, use eftpos machines and then go straight back to making orders without changing gloves.it’s just gross. Also - the waiting time in the drive through is ridiculous

Terribly slow service. 30 minutes for 2x burritos was considered normal by the staff. The staff don’t seem to care about their job, customers or products. The food is good but small and expensive. I won’t be returning.

They always forget your side saucing! Even when asked & have to pay extra they don’t bother to put it in! So annoying! Plus the service is slow!

Really disappointed. Ordered Nachos - they were stone cold, there was no sour cream even though it was listed on the menu, they tasted awful! Worst nachos I’ve ever had. To top it off I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes for these stone cold nachos and when you finally get to the window to pay, the most miserable staff are there… won’t be going back and would never recommend.

This salsas is the worst restaurant that we have ever been too and we have made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt.
10- 15mins waiting in the drive thro is about normal for this place.
It seems that all the workers here are happy to wear their masks on their necks, stand around and chatting and laughing, while we are for food.
They never ever ask for your fresh mex card and with having two kids asking for food you don't always remember to pull it out.

Ordered $24 worth of food, box of chips was half full.

Head office really need to get on top of this store its ridiculous how bad it is.
