Rumi Palace

We actually came here because our regular was too busy and I have to say I'm glad we did. The flavours of the food at Rumi Palace are excellent, all the food was tasty and authentic.
We had the set menu banquet and we let our hostess choose the dishes and she did an excellent job. We had:
Borani Banjan - eggplant
Mantoo - lentil/lamb dumplings
Chicken Biryani
Ghabli Uzbeki - lamb shoulder
Ghormeh Sabzi - lamb herb stew

All of this for $30 per person and we were all full!
Quality and value for money.

We were all very impressed with Rumi Palace.
Everything was fresh and we specifically adored the pastry (?) they use for there samsoas and dumplings.
The flavours created a whole new world in our mouths and we were impressed with all the dishes we ordered and variety of choices.
We ordered, samosas, veg dumplings, a lamb shoulder, chicken curry and lamb meatballs and with most dishes shared them amongst each other to try new things and we were all very happy.
The layout and decor of the restaurant was stunning and I loved the lights and artistic features.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
They welcomed all guests with wonderful smiles and ensured we were well taken care of.
The meals were great quantitys for extremely reasonable price that all had quality presentation and taste.
There are many restaurants around our local area of same cuiscine but none compare to Rumi Palace, we will travel the extra time for it knowing we will be treated well and in for good food.
We will most definitely be back again to Rumi Palace.

Went there with my friends for dinner and the owner came and sit behind us looking at us all the time and checking us and listening to our conversation, it was rude and disrespectful with the cold behaviour, made us all feel uncomfortable! Never go back again!

My first experience with the place and a very positive one. Lovely decor, friendly staff and simply delicious food. A good choice of vegetarian options. Reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend it and will be back there soon.

Very friendly staff with a welcoming atmosphere. Chef came out and asked us how our food was (which was absolutely fantastic by the way). Great options for vegetarians, vegans, and even those that aren't. Highly recommend giving the place a try if you haven't already because you'll certainly be back for more!

Amazing food and great service! The dumplings for entree were delicious and mains we had an eggplant dish and a lamb shoulder dish, both were really good. And the saffron ice-cream was quite unique. Will definitely be back!

Welcoming staff serving amazing food, dumplings highly recommended, melt in mouth kebabs and tasty kofta. BYO makes it very reasonably priced. A new local favourite.

Hands down one of my absolute favourite restaurants in Adelaide. The food is so unique and delicious. Really delicious. Prices aren't too bad either. Really friendly staff and interior design of restaurant is beautiful. Food service takes a bit of time unfortunately but I think is totally worth it.

I have to give this place 5 stars as the owner was really accommodating to my kids, provided good value and most importantly great food.

Fantastic 40 of us including 10 young children had a wonderful meal, the food is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

The food here is great. Well worth the trip down prospect Rd. The food here cost a little bit more compared to other places along prospect Rd but all in all its a very good place to come and have dinner.

So happy to have found this local gem! The food is fresh and high quality. Such delicious flavours and perfectly cooked! Friendly staff are welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend the veg dumplings, eggplant dish, veg noodle soup and samosas. Yum! Will be back again soon!

We drove from the south up to the north. The food is spectacular. From the first mouthful to the last the flavor was heaven. We'll be back
