Great food, excellent atmosphere, and friendly service, all for a fair price. I highly recommend the mezze maniche.

The setting is lovely. We were seated outside in the quaintly decorated marquee. The service was attentive and the pasta dishes received compliments all round with members of our party saying they would be happy to return to the resturant again to eat the same dishes. The only hiccup was that the resturant didn't respond to the message left to call back regarding booking a table and we had to follow up.

Ruby Red is our go to Italian restaurant. We love the vibe, service and of course the food! We have been going here for years and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend!

Disappointing tonight. Music was so loud, not suitable at all for a restaurant. Salmon was over cooked and served with cold potato, overcooked cold green beans and tomatos that had all th good bits cut out of the middle. The pesto dressing was a bland green cheap oil. However, the crab pasta was excellent and served piping hot, which was great. The chilli was also fresh and excellent. This used to be a cracking restaurant, but now its all bright lights and noise. We won't be returning soon.

Excellent customer service, we were served quickly and food came out quickly. Meal was lovely. Definitely recommend the duck ravioli dish.

Polenta had an incredible flavour, a mix of cheese and mushroom, fragrant and exquisite. Unfortunately the pizza menu never was offered to us, maybe it should be worthy include it in main options as well.

Have been dining here for at least 5 years - very consistent and generous serving sizes while being reasonably priced. Highly recommended

This place is amazing and one of my absolute favorites. A great vibe for a date, high-quality food and friendly staff. Has never let me down!

We were served complimentary bread with olive oil at the table. Arancini for starters was served on fresh arugula and tomato slices. I had a beautiful squid ink pasta at Ruby Red Flamingo. The pasta was al dente, the seafood was tender. Generous serving and was offered chilli and parmesan. My partner had the gnocchi, was really good too, but we both agreed the squid ink pasta was better. We'll be back!

Friendly service, delicious food and a unique vibe. Bill at the end of the night was on the higher end for two people but the food, service and environment make it worth every $

Average and very fatty food, white wine served warm and not enough staff on a busy night. Not to mention the very tired decor. God knows how this place gets high ratings.

Quite pricey but the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Customer service was 10/10! Make sure you don't go past the duck ravioli!

The gravy in the duck ravioli made me levitate. Straight up, the food here blew my mind. It's a privilege to experience a meal like this and I don't take it for granted. Life is good. And RRF satisfied my soul.
Seriously, not only was the delicious food served so quickly after ordering that it made my head spin, each bite was cooked perfectly and with obvious love and I was grateful to be alive in that moment.
We also had the grilled pork chop and a side of charred broccolini, all perfect. The staff were friendly, on the ball and all working very hard.

I wanna go back tomorrow, and the next day, and the next.

Fantastic food at a reasonable price. Went here recently with a number of others who had not dined here before and they were unstinting in their praise of the food. Our waiter was a little bit surly at times (didn't like being reminded of things one little bit) but he got the food and drinks to the table more or less when he should have.

Love the place and it's a must when visiting Adelaide. Authentic Italian at its best. Nice walk from city and catch free bus back or vice versa.

The location is very nice. A beautiful street in North Adelaide. The service is very fast and good and the staff are very friendly and nice menu for the food and drink. We ordered one appetiser, two mains, a salad and a desert. Octopus carpaccio was ok but it was a bit too fishy. The fennel pork sausage was tasty and fragrant but a bit too dry. The roasted veggies were amazing. The beef chicks were melting in mouth but a bit too rich. The red house wine was a perfect pair for the food and desert was a bit too sweet. I am going to visit this place again.
