Rezz Hotel

Very pleasant atmosphere but the best thing about The Rezz is the service and the pizza. We arrived about 10 minutes before the kitchen was scheduled to open at 5: 30pm and asked if there was any chance of getting a quick bite to eat as we only less than 30 minutes. Both the waitress and chef were keen to accommodate us, advising that pizza would be the fastest option. Our pulled pork pizza arrived in less than 15 minutes, hot, fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding, highly recommend.

Went to the bistro and was pleasantly surprised with the step up in quality of food compared to the Cafe side.

Dinner far to overpriced for quality of food. Can't justify a $39 surf and turf when the medium rare steak is cooked well done.

Went there mid morning for a kiddy party- everyone enjoyed the breakfast menu- hard floors, kids play area, bit noisy for us, but food excellent and staff very quick and helpful

The service here REALLY sucks, which is a shame 'cos the food can be quite good at times. Not enough to get past the service, though.

Great place for a catchup. Decent coffee and the cakes are delicious! Lots of variety and nice family friendly atmosphere.

Owners are disrespectful. Gaming room manager Lyn is one of the meanest people I've met. Just outright rude and treats her staff badly. Wouldn't work or dine here. Such a waste of a great location.

Have eaten at Rezz many times but was very impressed with the excellent food and friendly service last night. Well done Bruno, the Chef and our very caring waitress.

Our go-to for family dinner. Casual but nice, fast service so little kids can handle it plus they love the playground, good range of food to suit a varied group, can handle large groups if extended family or friends are with us, don't usually need reservations except maybe for Friday and Saturday nights. Service is very friendly and quite a fast plus food is definitely above average compared to your typical pub meals and not too expensive: mains are $20, or $28 t steak etc. Great!

Great play area for the kids. Staff were friendly and accommodating when we wanted to move our small group to another area to better see the play area. Great food. Good prices.

I liked staying here for a night, I liked the view of the hills and I hope they get the go ahead to redevelop this place.

Breakfast was ok, though a bit expensive. Still a nice events location. Also a good place to get a cuppa when visiting nearby Thorndon Park.

Has an indoor playground and games area which is unique, also has an enclosed lawned area. Meals are delicious and reasonably priced. I have always hoped the carparking area will replaced sometime soon?

I've lost count of how many times we've gone there over the years. Very nice pizza and reasonably priced
