Rezz Hotel reviews
81Great food, service was friendly and fast and the whole place had a nice ambience about it.
Straight up, my chook snitty tasted like battered fish.
Everyone else was happy with their order. Large portions kept the fussy satisfied. Pleasant enough. We will try again.
Antipasto for two could feed four! Supprr yummy food however id imagine booking the restaurant there would be a little table service however every drink we needed to attend the bar order food.attend the bar. However will eat there again knowing the restaurant just means the quiet eating area
Love the Rezz, been coming here ever since the reopening after the massive renovations! Just celebrated my partners 70th and we all had great meals and service!
I’ve been here a 3 times in the last 12 months and have to say each experience was mediocre. On each visit we waited between 30min-1h for our meals to come out. We’ve found some of the dishes to be bland and under seasoned (although schnitzels are good) and the menu is on the pricey side.
Service is fine, but overall I find the Rezz to be very “meh”.
The Rezz is really only great to sit outside and enjoy a drink. I’ve had several meals here and they’ve all been problematic and I do not recommend eating here. Service can be slow at times even though there seems to be lots of staff about. And the interior design, with lots of arches, looks good but it becomes an echo chamber and once a few people are inside especially with kids it just becomes way too loud for normal conversation.
This is my local pub/restaurant so I wish it was much better but as at 2023 it is not.
Awesome food, excellent customer service and fun friendly environment. Jonathan was really friendly.
Good service and good food would go back again loved the decor plenty of outdoor space to relax in door as well
Food was lacking flavour. I had the green papaya salad. I think they forgot the dressing. Too many customers so service was extremely slow.
We ordered chicken wings which were hard and dry been reheated ordered hamburger bread stale and filling was precooked and reheated I think look like this was un eatable. Food was very costly but this may be because festive season. Very disappointed. Oysters were nice but costly.
Great pub food, great atmosphere, coffee was a little weak and if your booking over 20 people you'll get a condensed menu to pick from.
My husband had the pasta for our second visit and loved it!
I had the wood oven pizza which was really good!
Noisy staff were over run, could not cope with numbers of customers. Very noisy, hard to talk. Manager said he was going to sack one of the staff after he dropped a tray behind us. The staff member was very nice and apologised. But the manager was still going to fire him. Management really needs to view from a customer's point of view.
Very busy and therefore noisy. Food was good but not outstanding. Service a bit slow at times. Will not rush back.
Weekend dinner at the Rezz, ordered Bouillabaisse & Seafood Paella. The Bouillabaisse broth was delicious & whole fish was tasty. Careful for the bones. However, the octopus was rubbery, only 2 small prawns, crab was so soft & mushy & claws empty. Clams empty. Paella with 3 fatty chicken wings, 3 pieces of chorizo, 3 medium prawns & lots of mussels some minuscule. Rice was cooked seperate & added to pan as no Socarrat on base. Highly disappointed for expensive meals. 1 star for the broth
Date of visit: September 2019
Such an awesome experience! Would highly recommend to anyone but even more so if you have young kids. The indoor playground is a huge win and the food was delicious and really well priced. We had arancini balls, seafood pasta, steak, churros and the salted caramel popcorn martini which was to die for! Our 2 year old had a kids meal fish and chips which was a great size and quality (definitely not what you get from the supermarket freezer isle like other places) and came with juice and ice cream for $12. We’re travelling from interstate and we’re super jealous of anyone who has this as their local. If we’re ever in town again we will be sure to visit!
Melbourne cup luncheon was a great success great food and service and our amazing barman Rami for his personality and service and great Pina Coladas
Pleasant surroundings to dine in and great food and service and a kids entertainment area to keep them more than happy.
Very impressive Reno. The food and service was top notch and plenty of entertainment for the kids.
Have recently dined here with a large family group and the staff have been very friendly and accommodating on all occasions. Food is delicious and I love the recent premises upgrades! This will be a regular dining spot for our family!
