The staff of the store provides the best service and good atmosphere all around. The ambience of the store is very good, neat and tidy. And the food taste was marvellous and very fresh.
I ate the hellfire burger box and it was delishes, The burger was very hot and the sauce ratio was perfect. Chips were seasoned well and fresh. Service was fast and friendly.
Very old oil. As soon as you opened bag you could smell the old oil. Chips were disgusting, soggy and over salted. Rest of food was fresh.
Red Rooster is a friendly place but I use to go with my daughter a long time ago but enjoyed the time I spent there
I usually enjoy my meal here but today I was very disappointed in the quality and quantity of the food I ordered. I ordered the Chicken loaded chips with gravy and the container wasn't even half full. The food was drowned in an absurd amount of gravy and there was also small bones in what is normally bone free pieces of chicken that are pulled off. Won't be returning in a hurry.
No difference from fish & chip shop quality. Chips are always over salted making them inedible.
Extremely slow service, not very clean, I didnt honestly feel comfortable buying chicken, none of them looked like they had any other experience than pushing trolleys.
Nice friendly staff and the foods always fresh also the place is always kept nice n clean.

I am not a fan of this particular Red rooster store here in Kilkenny at all. Whether you are eating in or driving through, the service is usually quite slow on many occasions that I have been there and on top of that the meals that I have eaten are rather disappointing. I don't really want to say much more about this place, hmmm.
I happened to visit on that really windy Monday. So it was quiet, but my food was quick and hot!
The tender chickens seems like they're store bought, the prices are expensive even with the cheapest you're looking at $6 for 1 burger. This is a dying breed as one after another like what happened to target when they couldn't keep up with low cost from Big W and Kmart
