Red Rooster

Literally just ordered a Ripper meal, they asked if I'd like bacon and cheese which I said yes. Got my food home to find no bacon or cheese on my meal.
Overall, disgusting food and they don't listen but are happy to charge you for the extras and not provide the correct ordered product.

I just visited there as it's my local store and so very disappointed both cokes weren't anywhere near being cold (as usual) and one bottle had been opened and both flat with 0 fizz.now after going through the drive through and rushing home to feed ya face the last thing ya want is this and then I call to whinge and the phone rings out. I just want a cold coke that ain't been slobbered in by some goober with COVID

I wouldn't rely on the quick turn around when you order drive thru. Everytime, I have to wait at parking for my order as it is being still prepared. Online order using the app is also hopeless.
The food is great though, it all comes down to it's worth the wait.

There are a couple of really good servers but the customer service from the Indian ladies was very rude and disrespectful. She didn't let me speak and when i wanted to change my order she got really annoyed and was telling me how hard it was for her. I work at fast food myself and i understand the environment can be stressful but you should never give attitude or be rude to your customers! I also understand that it maybe difficult to change an order but it is possible if it was only chicken and potato gravy.

There was one time i had fresh chicken and i have been here 4 times now, always got the old chicken. May the times i got there they had that. ‍️

Didnt appreciate the staff talking about me in the back. They were so loud the entire restaurant could hear

Ordered the 3 piece starter, very oily leaves a bad after taste, chips very salty not worth the money

Hands down delicious, havnt been into a Red rooster in a very long time. Probably 5-6 years. The fried chicken was great. KFC is still supreme over it but man felt like my mummas cooking

Never had a bad experience, staff always reasonably friendly and food is always up to scratch. The only place that's never gotten our order wrong!

Oh My Goodness! Red Roosters fried chicken is absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked each and every time. 100% better than KFC, 100% better than McDonald’s fried chicken. This is one of the best menu items available and I love love love it!
This needs to be a permanent menu item and KFC, McDonald’s sure can’t compete with Red Roosters fried chicken. All they need to do now is add French fries (shoestring) as an extra choice besides their regular’chips’ and I’m going to be in heaven!

A bit salty, but acceptable.

Crunchy pieces are better than KFC original pieces. Wicked wings: KFC better. Pineapple fritters: KFC even doesn't have them

Overall, will go to Red Rooster again.

Red Rooster a fried chicken is a game changer. It was succulent, so crunchy and tasty. Chicken poppers are so good too! Red Rooster have upped their game!

Food, great as always. A little slower on service today. Drive thru does take longer us it's main downfall. Food as per usual, fresh and tasty.

Their fried chicken is consistently delicious! And the staff are very friendly especially the young fella who keeps on checking on us while waiting for our order.

Not well packed, and I was only given four pieces of chicken instead of eight that was ordered.its a common occurrence at this store I've had many things that I ordered not be in the bag.

Going through the drive through you tell the person who is taking your order, for serton things to be taken out of your order, and when you get your food you are thinking yes they have dine that but No they havnt. I don't get this meal often as I live a ways out of distance. Buy the time you go to eat your meal. Hellooo thete is what you wanted taken out. Now I dont like waist, thats the reason I specifically tell them to please don't put that in, they say yes thats fine but as I said when I opened up my meal there it was. And I had to throw it away. Please, the next time I happed to be up that way again I will go through Red Rooster. And I hope I can get what I ask for, your shop is the only one thats close to me. But still away to go.
Disappointed customer

When I rang earlier before picking my order up. I asked about availability of their cooked Chickens around 6pm, 2hrs earlier then needed, as I was needing 4 whole Chicken. Was told there are always cooking Chickens ea hr. Then when I order at Store, Staff were quick & they were friendly. They Wished me a good night.

Such delicious food! They cook everything fresh and the gravy they have there is amazing! They're super cheap and have literally never got my order wrong! They just brought out a container buttermilk pops for $5, it's extremely good value and the pops taste incredible!
