Quest on Franklin

Stayed here while attending a conference. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable, with self-catering facilities if you needed that. The only comment I would make is that the room I had was on the 2nd floor and there was a lot of street noise. If you're a heavy sleeper you wouldn't notice, but street sweepers and bin collections at 3am were a little disruptive to a good night's sleep.

I stayed for one night but stay was worthy, first impression of the hotel was wow clean and tidy, spacious room with balcony which was spacious as well, fully functional kitchen with all your need even there was a container to keep your left overs, I was super impressed and felt so good staying at Quest. Definitely will be back with family for longer stay. Parking was affordable and practical. 24/7 front desk operating and in convinent location is + Well done Quest team.

Trouble free stay. Clean. Spacious. I didn't need to use the kitchen but it looked fully functional. Bathroom, bedroom, lounge area all in top condition. Happy to return

Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. A superb location right in the heart of Adelaide. Accomodations were very well looked after and environmentally friendly laundry service which is always appreciared.

Comfortable stay, some issues that we're only able to be solved with the franchisee not the manager. My colleagues staying in other rooms found it comfortable but slightly noisy. Good location however. I had a good view.

Place was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would actually have given a 3.5. We arrived in the morning but as we can only checked In at 2pm, we left our luggage at the hotel and they were totally sweet to bring our luggage up to the room for us. There were 7 of us so we had the 3 bedrooms plus an additional bed. Sofa bed was totally not the kind we expected. It was rather troublesome to clear the sofa to bring out the bed underneath (also require some strength and this is the only sofa in the living room for watching tv) so at the end we had 3 of us squeezed into one of the king sized bed. Housekeeping standards were also not consistent. Our rooms were made up nicely on the first housekeeping day but from next day onwards the standards varies. My bedroom was well made but not for another bedroom. Garbage in the toilet was also not cleared daily. There was no housekeeping on Sunday and public holiday (June 10th queens birthday) but we paid the same price per normal day. WiFi connectivity was not very stable, you will have to reconnect everytime phone is left idle for awhile. But I will still recommend this place for its comfortability and location.

My favorite place to stay! The rooms are always clean and set up beautifully. Location is perfect. Park your car and walk to Rundle Mall. Staff are always helpful and professional.

Friendly staff, rooms are fine but the worst wifi I’ve ever experienced in all my travels. It’s faster and more reliable to hotspot my phone.

I stayed here for one night and I found it quite nice. These are fully functioning apartments if you are in Adelaide for an extended stay. The rooms were well maintained and the facilities were impressive.

Loved this Hotel. Usually stay else where when in Adelaide once or twice a year. Decided to have a change. Think we have found a new holiday place. We were on the 13th room looking all the way to Glenelg. Only 6 apartments on the floor. So not lots of noise. Worth what we paid for 6 nights. Large lounge/kitchen/dining area. Great Balcony. Afternoon sun a bit of a problem in room. But evening sunsets worth it all. Excellent service and servicing. Close to Market and China town. 10min walk to Rundle Mall.
Highly recommend this Quest.
