Quest on Franklin reviews
51Stayed for 5 nights. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Only downside is that the hot water pressure was very weak
We stayed in a very well layed out 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchette had all the necessary equipment and provided a well functioning space to cook/prep. Beds were comfy and the cot provided for our one yr old was in a great condition. Plenty of towels, and extras as well. We loved our stay!
The view from our room was spectacular! Staff were friendly and super helpful. Great location close to everything we needed. Cannot wait to stay again
I recently stayed at the Quest on Franklin with my daughter and son in law to attend a family wedding in the area.
We loved the spacious room and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and modern.
We had two rooms which were interconnected and each had their own kitchen and bathroom. The rooms were serviced daily with plenty of fresh clean towels and shampoo and accessories. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The Quest was in walking distance to the market and the main shopping mall. Also beaches and other places of interest were a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again
A really convenient and well designed spot to stay in Adelaide. Thoroughly recommended. Professional and friendly staff and service too. Well done.
OK hotel, the room and the service were a bit disappointing. We got a room that was quite hard to move in the bathroom. To get to the toilet we had to get into the shower space for the door to close, very disappointing and uncomfortable. The bed was good, the room quiet and location was great for us, but the room itself wasn't great.
I have been staying there for almost 6 months in total. Everything was fine, very friendly and helpful personell, even if there were some minor uncertainties the personell on the reception was always sorting everything out. Would stay there againg anytime.
Worst place i could of possible picked to stay.the people at the service desk are beyond useless and need to be sacked.
Our bed sheets and quilt had large blood stains, a couple towels had fresh small blood stains and a few other stains I didn’t want to look too closely at (boogers) when we contacted the front desk they had some fresh sheets brought up but they did not make the bed for us nor did they take the blood stained sheets from our room. I spent half an hour cleaning the coffee maker because it had not been changed since the guest before us, it had pasta sauce or something cooked onto it which i also cleaned off along with the used coffee pods left inside. The staff were very friendly but we had to ask for compensation as they did not offer initially, what we received was a $40 voucher for breakfast at Crack down the road. Food was lovely but that is not good enough.
Best of Quest properties I've stayed in. Nice modern rooms. Basic gym, but no other leisure facilities or on-site eating.
One bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Room was quiet and in good location close to restaurants and market. Staff are helpful.
Being in the heart of the city it is convenient to many restaurants and shops. Not every apartment gets its own parking spot but street parking is still available. Thankfully Adelaide is a calmer city compared to Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. The apartment units are clean and have all the basic needs like full kitchen oven and stove. Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing machine and dryer.
Comfy lounges t.v and stereo music player. Bed was o.k to snooze in.
The two bedroom apartments are well equipped with two king sized beds in each room. The king sized beds are two double beds joined together, but it didn't bother me. I'd like that they have everything we would expect in a normal home such as oven, cookstpve, dishwasher, heater, dryer, plates and cutleries. There is also a good-sized balcony with a good view of the city, and the walls are well sound-proofed, but it can be noisy on the weekend night due to a close by pub.
My only complaint is the separate car park in Young St and absence of smart TVs with no Netflix and YouTube, otherwise it's a perfect stay as it's pretty close to Chinatown and Rundle Mall.
Good private stay turned into WOW absolutly amazing stay when Yobnoj arrived and waved to us omg.
Great apartments close to everything in the city and fantastic, helpful staff. I highly recommend this place.
We stayed a week when we last raced at the Super Loop 500 Great rooms & service Conveniently situated as well
Not LGBTI friendly. Tried to stay with partner on a work trip. They gave him the third degree and insist I be registered on the booking.which we couldn't do
Then quoted $20 to mail our wall charger after a week long stay. Partner felt nervous and unsure all week. Waste of a weeks annual leave. Never stay there!
When in adelaide do your self a favour and book in to the quest on Franklin the 2 bedroom apart was so nice a so much natural light
Clean rooms with rather modern facilities. Only let down was the usage of glass on tables that are not fixed down, a potential hazard to young kids. Stayed in apartment room and there was a washer and dryer, big thumbs up.
Located near the market as well as the Chinatown, within 5mins walk. It is 10min walk to the Rundle mall or 2 stops away taking the free inner city tram. Apartment is minimalism, with all the essentials like dishwasher, washing machines and dryer, okay to live in. Our sheets had stains and spots here and there, not overly concerning but not all that impressed. We were in executive suites for 5 nights, great views all the way to the sea. The housekeeping is great, reception is friendly and helpful. The lift was broken one morning and one of us got stuck in it for 30mins. That's how long (or could be even longer) it takes for the lift technician to come around. Staff was apologetic and it really wasn't their fault, but that made the whole staying an unpleasant experience after all.
