Port Germein Caravan Park

We stayed here last week on our travels home. It was a very pleasant surprise. The park was spotlessly clean. Had a great meal at the Pier Cafe on the corner. Great recommendation. Thank you to Peter & Jane the managers on a well run park.

Unfortunately only stayed one night! Very clean (spotless in fact) new bathroom facilities, lovely quiet park.
Interesting pub round the corner to have a drink at — good fun. Will definitely call again.

We were sad to leave this hidden gem! Dan & Vanessa were so friendly & helpful - and really knowledgeable about the area too! Port Germein has so much history. Amenities are spotless, & to find a recycle bin - as well as glass recycling means a lot - as a lot of caravan parks only have glass & container recycling. We look forward to coming back again.

Nice place to visit and walk along that very long jetty. Interesting place. Public toilets were a bit iffy. But, thats all I could complain about. Worth the drive to have a look.

Great little park right across from the very long jetty. Park is well maintained with excellent amenities, and friendly staff. Recommended for a quiet out of the hustle and bustle stay.

Great little van park, we were here 11years ago on our first lap around Australia! Magnificent sunsets, from the long jetty, you can stand under the milky way once the sunsets, new amenities, hot showerseveryone was crabbing Last night, great fun& good chat among fellow travellers

Great little park close to water edge. Enjoyed my walks around town and down long pier. New clean amenities. Large site. Friendly caretakers.

New shower/toilet facilities were amazing! Constant and hot water! A nice quiet place to stay which isn't overrun with people. Good for anyone who wants to stay in a quiet small town. Caravan park is only meters from the water and jetty. Friendly staff. Will go again! A+

Very neat little park, one of the cleanest and neatest ablution blocks we have used. A popular overnighter for caravanners.
The historical and long jetty is a popular walking "track" and at the "right" time of the year would be great for fishing.
Port Germein has an important maritime/rural past and a walk along the esplanade reveals small plaques on posts that explain how street names were derived.
The pub wasn't doing meals at the time of our visit.

Great caravan park, reasonable price, across the road from the jetty and walk to the pub which is very old school. Near new amenities and nice staff.

Lovely clean park. Amenities are new and spotless. A great spot to stay. We are here at the end of May. Pub is only open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.

Nice and quiet and all amenities needed, a convenient location. We will be back to spend more time in Port Germein. Have driven past location for years, a great place to stay and experience.

Great, friendly service! Cabins are like clean, quiet atko huts but with everything that you need- hot high pressure shower, warm soft sheets and cumfy bed, TV, kettle, toaster, cutlery and tea, fridge, microwave and sink. Great value for money!

Lovely, peaceful caravan park. Amenities new and spotless. Very popular, even off-season, so it's a good idea to book well ahead.

Only a few metres from the beach, prime location for day trips into the Flinders or up to the gorge's defently will be back many times to come!
