Playford Tavern largely advertised a 'Buy one get one free' lunch deal 7 days a week, with a condition being the deal was not available on public holidays. We went to order and was informed the deal didn't apply as it was a "special day. " The advertisement did not specifically state that special days were also exempt when Mother's Day is not a public holiday. To top this off, our wait time was triple the time compared to most restaurants of the same rating.
We have not been out as a family for a long time, and we recently we to the Playford Tavern for a friend's birthday.
The service was amazing, the food tasty and the kids had a blast.but the best bit, under $60 for a family of 5 to have dinner and drinks.

Came in for dinner on Thursday with the family. Kids loved the playground and arcade games and the steaks were cooked lovely. Friendly staff.
Went for lunch and the meals were amazing, staff were great and management were very friendly. Very nice place to go. Never been before but will definitely be back.
Came in for lunch Friday, although it was very busy we only had a 25 minute wait. Food was good, typical pub fare and the service was great. All the staff were happy. We will be back
