Love this pub it's my local staff are good especially paula and Vanessa good pokies good meals staff great interacting with patrons call you by your first name impressive

It's not too bad a pub. Was fairly quiet when I was here which was nice. I had gone to the pokie room so it was good there was actually machines available to play.

The staff were amazing, friendly and we had a good laugh with them.
We expected your standard pub quality food (especially in the area it's situated: P) when I booked in here, but were pleasantly surprised on the day! Mum and I ordered the BBQ ribs - they fell apart as you cut into them and were cooked/flavoured perfectly with well presented salad and wedges on the side. Nan had the fish and chips (she's super picky with her fish and chips when eating out and loved the flavour) and the Sis had the boring ol' "chicken Schnity with Gravy". Best gravy ever apparently: D Thanks again for the awesome experience, both food and staff wise. We'll definitely be back!

was able to poor my own drinks and everything. Also meet some really nice methheads

Room was ok. We paid by eftpos and had to pay a bond which we werent expecting. It was however refunded the next morning on checkout.

Nice friendly staff, the meals are of a nice serving and well priced we had 2 chicken schnittys and were served up quickly and cooked well thanks guys we will be back

Totally an amazing place, staff are amazing, meals are great, and accommodation was awesome, will defiantly be back thanks again.

Great evening for the approximate 20 people in the group. The meals were quickly delivered. The pokies didn't help me.

What is this, a schnitzel for ants?

(Nothing wrong with the food or the service, but the chicken schnitzel is far too small for the price in my opinion. Sorry I don't have a photo to demonstrate.)

Playford tavern is a great place to take the family out for tea the indoor playground gives you the chance to eat your tea with out the kid's getting bored the food is really good and the onion rings are a must have the only thing that put the rating down I'd that they have no salad bar but that is not their fault that's a flow on from the coronavirus

Pop in for dinner with my daughter. Daughter was a little iffy at first with drunk people carrying on in carpark.
It was busy so some grace goes to them. However it started after 15mins of ordering they came out and asked if I wanted lasagne or penne. I ordered the penne. Then my daughter's meal was served (I get that kids get served first, however when it is just me and her it doesn't make sense I would want to eat seperate). I had to ask for cutlery twice and for the bread rolls 3 times.
My daughter liked her meal and mine was nice.

My husband and I wanted to support our local community so went to Playford Tavern for our 37th wedding anniversary dinner, all was good until we were waiting for our plates to be taken away and wanted a takeaway container. The table across from us that came in 20 minutes later was taken care off and provided a takeaway container as we sat there and watched the waitresses walk away. We then picked our plate up and took it to the bar and asked for a container. Thank you Playford for spoiling our night, won't be going back. By the way it was a party of 2.

Food was okay and some of the staff members where amazing but the black headed lady in the games room clearly hates her job she is so rude and makes you feel like leaving this isn't the first time I've found her extremely rude deserves to loose her job

Will never be returning the old black haired sour faced woman working on the pokies side is extremely rude snatches the money out of your hand and I will state she makes you wait forever while she is talking to the other staff then has a go at you for asking her to hurry up worst place ever i will return once she leaves or is fired as ive heard so many people complain about her and now ive experienced it obviously she hates her job doesn't look good for the tavern

It's a very good place to go to for a special occasion like birthday, love everything the beer is very good and the food is great

Ok if your not expecting meals to be put on the table within 30 min. It wasnt busy and we had booked the table earlier that day. Good food and great for kids with a play area for them

I would recommend the Playford Tavern to anyone! Amazing staff that are very helpful and Yummy Food! I am like a regular there and always go there with the family and the prices are pretty good! Come and try for yourself!

Food was good however they were offering a 2 for 1 lunch deal which was the basis of us deciding to go to this restaurant for Mother's Day, with the condition being that it was not available on public holidays. Went to order and was told that the discount didn't apply as it was a "special day" and they do not apply the deal on special days as well as public holidays. This is not what was advertised and I was very disappointed.

Very poor food presentation and very dry and cold not worth walking in the door and not worth the money

Came in for lunch today, very impressed. Steak was cooked to perfection! Staff were awesome very friendly and helpful. Buy one, get one free you can’t go wrong! We will be back
