Platos Greek Chargrill

First time trying the food here last night and thought it was just exceptional! Staff were really friendly too. Will be back!

I’ve uploaded a pic of the Cream Kataifi I purchased. It was 4cm x 5cm and the size of two mouthfuls, taking up 45% of the size of the plastic tub it was served in.
I mentioned that many other Greek cafes, takeaways etc, that I had purchased from in the past, was approx twice the size. After I complained and asked for another from the tray, I was snubbed off, told it cost “only $5.50”, which I responded was two bites, was not offered another slice but told they would pass on the criticism.
I felt totally ripped off.

Lamb shank was dry and no flavour at all. Filo was too salty. Only chicken yiros was bit alright other than poor experience overall. Would not visit for a very long time: (

We work next door and love having the option to grab a DELICIOUS Yiros for lunch! Super tasty and very tender lamb! As good as in Greece!

Went in there today and the guy was so incredibly rude to me. We asked for the lunch special and he said ‘it was only Mon-Friday and we should have looked at the banner outside’ really rudely. We then asked how much a yiros was and he said ‘just look at the board’. Really hard for a person who is sight impaired. We felt so uncomfortable that we ended up just walking out. Will definitely not recommend or be back again.

Chips fine, yiros below par. But not worth the hassle with the grumpy bald owner. Guy needs to cheer up and realise the world doesn't revolve him. Wont return.

Great tasting food. You just need to be very clear on what you want when ordering as sometimes the staff presume you want for example garlic sauce. But overall good and consistent

If you dont want to do your job, please close your shop. Rude owner, average food.

Your food is below average anyway. No one will be disappointed if you closw it down.

Without doubt the best yiros I've ever had.
Entree shared a Plato's tasting plate.it had divine dips. Fried haloumi.pickled octopus.olives. Fetta. Dolmathes. And a delicious fresh salad

Wonderful staff, absolutely wonderful traditional Greek flavours with great prices. I will be back!

Just back to my hotel after a great meal of S&P calamari at Plato's. Welcoming staff, quick service & delicious food. The calamari was so tender & the chips crisp & golden. Only 1 small recommendation, a bit less onion in the salad.

We ordered 2 lamb yiros and loukaniko yiros from Ubereats last night. The loukaniko tasted great but in one of our lamb yiros a large ant was found, which is pretty off putting and wasn't eaten due to that reason, sadly would doubt ordering again which is a shame

Just ordered through Uber Eats for lunch. Ordered combination char grill pack and basically they served up last nights re heated meat. Dry, tasteless, with some oregano sprinkled on top. Average at best for $22

Amazing yiros - both lamb and chicken are extremely well marinated. The bread is exquisite. Definitely new favorite for yiros. Great chips too.

Really impressed with the food here! Honestly would say it's the best Greek food in Adelaide. If you haven't tried it give it a go. I had one of the yiros packs which was delish but the halloumi fries. WOW amazing. WIll be back.

All I can say is BEST GREEK FOOD IN ADELAIDE. Got one of the Yiros packs and it was incredible. If you haven't been - do yourself a favour and go.

This place has the best Greek food in Adelaide. Great flavours and customer service. Highly recommend!

Ordered with Uber. The lamb and chicken Yiros was great, the chargrilled octopus was as it should be- tender and "lemonny". The dessert pack was simply a great way to finish.
We just keep coming back.
