Pizza Hut Gawler

Used phone order service it was hopeless probably been just as quick with out using it
It took nearly 10 minutes to get the order completed

Shocking service. Ordered online. Arrived to collect and the paywave function wasn't working on their machine. Didn't have my card with me as I usually use my phone. Offered to give them the card number, expiry and number from the back of my card which is stored in my phone as if I was paying on the phone. Didn't understand how they could do this so walked away with no pizza and left them with $40 worth of wasted food. Won't be back either.

If I could give a lower rating then one star I would.
Connor "The shift supervisor" has the worst customer service skills I've ever encounted. He should be ashamed with the way he spoke to me. I'll be telling all my friends and family who live in Gawler about my experience.

Walked in yesterday and saw they had a special consisting of 3 lge Pizzas, 2 sides and a softdrink, for $40. New guy who served me did well, but needed a hand with something and called someone from the back. The guy from the back came out and told me there was a surcharge that day and charged me 48 bucks! WTH! Scammers. Sad thing is, that's not the first time i've ordered an advertised special there and then got charged more for some silly reason.

Terrible service.
Staff are incredibly rude and unable to speak english either on the phone or in person, making it difficult to explain issues and get resolutions.
Customer service is shocking, heck there is no "customer service" at all.
When did Pizza Hut forgo wearing a uniform or having staff at least look presentable?
The pizzas lack flavor, toppings and being either uncut or cut into small then massive slices.
Save your hard earned money and hunger. Avoid this store!

Best pizza deals. I can't go past the 2for1 deal on a Tuesday night. Speedy with their timing. I would've given them 5 stars if it weren't for the couple of times I've gone there and my order has been wrong. They are always good to admit they've made a mistake and will fix it without question.

Cheese tastes off and meet quality is really bad the pizza base is ok but not fresh pathetic and very disappointed this pizza hut is gross

Actual one of the better pizza huts around. Plus the driver is hot af would 10/10 order again. (Please send him again when I order)

Great service but terrible pizza. Wouldn't accept to eat it even if it was free. There's a 5star pizza shop across the road

Lovely staff, followed by excellent pizzas. Love the 2 free extra sides if you pay over $25. Highly recommend, goodbye Domino's with their little topping.

You pay $4 extra for chilli and get the standard amount. You order for pick up at a certain time and they have cooked it and placed it in their warmer for almost 30 minutes! Normally I have no issues but twice this has happened now and it's ridiculous.
