Pizza Hut Gawler

Dairy free, so paid extra for vegan cheese. Ended up with no cheese. Tried to complain and receive a refund, Gawler store refused to answer the calls and as it is a franchise, Pizza Hut refused to help resolve the issue. Waited over 2.5 hours for delivery and the pizzas were horrible and the kids were in bed when it finally arrived. Previously had good experiences but clearly the store isnt being managed well now. Won't be wasted my time or money here ever again

The absolute worst customer service experience EVER.wrong pizza, rang and rang and rang but no answer. Went to the shop and said they were closed and not answering the phones because they had no pizza dough left to cook any pizza or fix the mistake at 7: 45. Bunch of nuff nuffs

Tonight i tucked into the Pasta pizza and to be honest it was way off its mark, the pizza looked like the meat was dumped to one side and it was cold, i had to microwave it.

We haven't had pizza in such a long time and we have been totally put off pizza's from this store ok my pizza was a Hawaiian you know the kind with sauce base ham and pineapple well let me tell you the base was soggy and no sauce no ham just pineapple onion and cheese yuk disgusting absolutely no flavour whatsoever what a frigging rip off.never again so very disappointed with you guys at gawler pizza hut you should be very ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered a pizza last night and tracking was showing that it was made and to be delivered at 5: 30.by 6 it still had not been delivered, I tried multiple times to contact the store to see what was happening but could not get hold of them.

As I had to feed my kid we ended up going and getting something else, when I arrived home the pizza delivery guy turned up, over an hour late. I explained the situation to him, showed him how I had tried to contact the store and I didn't even know if they were coming, so I had made other arrangements. I told him I did not want the order but he insisted and was holding it over the fence while I was walking away. I ended up taking it so he would leave.

Today I get a text from Adnan, claiming to be the owner of the store.he claimed that I "misbehaved with the delivery driver" harassing staff and that he was going to call the police on me for stealing food. Even after I advised him that I have CCTV which its all recorded he was still threatening.

Disappointing that this is how the store manager handles issues. Looking at the reviews I am not the only person who had issues with the Gawler branch last night.

I won't be using their poor service again.

Don’t even bother! It took 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered, despite multiple attempts to call the Gawler franchise, no one would answer the phone. $40 for two horrible cold pizzas. Really shabby.

The owner was super aggressive and completely unprofessional. Would not spend your money here, go somewhere where your patronage is appreciated

Waited 30minutes, rang to find out what was happening with order and was advised was going to be another 35minutes minimum up to 95minutes from ordering for 3 pizzas and 2 garlic breads. Spent $95, asked for a refund and was told because it was done online could take 10 business days to get my refund. Asked for the name of employee so I could put in feedback and was told by employee whilst laughing “I don’t have a name and don’t need to tell you it, why order if you wanted it within 45 minutes, it’s all your fault anyways”. Absolutely disgusting customer service that was, will never be back again and will never recommend here to anyone.

Just a big nope avoid if you can, The crazy angry feral woman with the neck tattoos who swears like a demon posessed her and threatens people outside what she says is her business. Never eating from there, what a psycho encounter! So sad to see someone so messed up that they would damage their own business because they can't control there emotions.

The food is fantastic but sadly it has a very dull and boring wait room. I stayed in my car. But the staff and food is fantastic. Love my Toni pepperoni!

Order 3 Pizzas 3 sides as part of a deal, delivery took 90min and driver forgot the drink. 0 out of 10 would not recommend just go to Advanti Pizza

Either too lazy to change the settings for different base types or really don’t know how to make a pizza…
All that said and done, what then posses you to think that sending out these pizzas were okay? ! Absolutely disgusting
Our regular based pizza was fine but our 2 thin based were rock hard (to the point they couldn’t slice it properly) and over cooked. Do not recommend AT ALL. Wish I read the reviews before ordering.

EDIT - been a bit since I ate the pizza that was edible and I’m currently feeling very unwell with stomach pains…not happy.

Food was great, once ordered the front staff disappeared, could hear chatter around the back, totally fine. Saw my order go in the completed orders shelf fridge thing, but wait another several minutes for front staff to give it to me.
Atleast the pizza were still delicious.

Service from the front counter attendant was first class.
Pizza was fresh and tasty.
Very good overall.

Picked up 3 x pizzas & 1 x side for $28.30 - ordered thin & crispy base that looked thick & messy. The quality of the pizzas was very poor, if you want to even call it a pizza - looked more like a car crash. Very little topping, poor quality & very sloppy. Will not be going back there. Pizza Hut, Gawler, if you want to run a Pizza Hut franchise, learn how to make a pizza properly.

Can all Gawler Pizza Hut cooks please make sure Pizza's are cut through properly, we are weekly regulars of this store and we often eat our pizza out of the home and have no way of cutting the Pizza ourselves. So please make sure your cooks/ workers have pizza's cut through properly ready to eat for a family or friends when they are not eating with in a home.thank you.

Worst experience ever!

We made an order, this store accepted our payment, but after taking our money, told us that “sorry we are closed now, but we will refund you the money”

Since then we have made numerous calls to the store and Pizza Hut, as it’s almost been a month, and we’re still haven’t recieved our promised money back, for an order that wasn’t even honoured by Pizza Hut.

This is border line criminal conduct by this store, stealing customers money, and then promising to refund, and not doing so.

I would recommend to stay clear of this store.

Ordered three pizza’s! Complete disgrace - these pizzas have never seen cheese and the cheese burger pizza and none but was dripping in disgusting bbq sauce! Never coming here again! Total waste of money

Ordered mega meat lovers, it came out with 5 bits of meat, took it back got a refund
