Pizza Hut Gawler

Should be zero. Ordered through uber eats at 6: 30PM on a Friday night. Found out when the driver called me at 7: 30PM that the order had never been made and that they had closed half an hour before hand. I then had to cancel my order to receive a refund. Checked the website and they are advertised as open until 11PM. Tried to call but was hung up on twice. Ridiculous.

So Domino's Gawler has been unable to cool pizzas for 2 days. Go to Pizza Hut Gawler, 35 minutes after their opening time, front doors locked but sign says they are open. Not good enough.

20 mins on hold to order with their new phone order setup with a rude girl that was clueless. 15 mins on hold last week to finally get though and the order was wrong when we picked it up.so it's Cheek ave Charcoal tonight, they are great, they don't make mistakes and are friendly even though they are always flat out. Bye pizza hut.

5 years ago (2017) the service was quick and friendly.
Now it's hit or miss.
We always buy the Triple Dipper Box, but sometimes it comes with no dipping sauces (supposed to be 3) even though the price went up.
The most recent Pepperoni Pizza was really disappointing - slapped on with one slice missing out on the Pepperoni!? !?
At least they are still quick with the service. Maybe slow down a little and serve up a better product.

Not the first time the Gawler store has messed up my order royally. If I could give no stars I would. Last time they decided to not deliver my food, and tried to deny me a refund. Took well over a month to get my money back. This time I made an online order through their app, paid the money and waited for delivery. Over an hour later I decided to call, and I called a few times and no one picked up. So I got in my car and drove to their store, to be told they could not find my order. I showed them the receipt from my bank and they still could not find it. I then I was told there is an 85 minute wait on delivery, which I stated didn’t matter as they can’t find my order anyway. I was then told I could not have a refund and will have to contact head office. Last time it took nearly 3 months to get a refund…. Would not recommend this store at all, terrible service and I found the manager to be very arrogant and rude, who did not really believe we had an order. We will be contacting head office and hoping they sort this out sooner this time. This was the last time we will ever order from this place.

Placed an order only to receive a call not long after saying they were unable to complete the order at that time and I'd be refunded my purchase amount. 20 days later and I'm still chasing up my refund. Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could rate less than 1 star i would.

Absolute joke of a business. Ordered pizzas 3 weeks ago online. Got a phone call saying it's to late for them to make and will provide a refund the next day, which is fine. Couple days go bye we call and get told the manager will call us that night and organise it. Two days later no phone call. We called customer service spoke to them for ten minutes untill they hung up. We finally got in contact with the manager and after him making it hard to organise a refund he hung up.
There's plenty more places in gawler with better pizzas and service. They were the only place open at the time.
Would not recommend gawler pizza hut or the customer service team at all.

Extremely long wait time but when my partner rang up to enquire, they offered us a free drink for the wait. We thought it was nice of them until finally the pizza showed up and it turned to cr*p. Somehow, surprisingly the pizzas were still warm. However, my partner ordered his with an extra topping (and paid for it) and never got it. When we rang up about it, the man on the phone argued CONTINUOUSLY with us that we did get it because "that's what we asked for. " Didn't comprehend the fact we were stating that we DID want it but DIDNT recieve it. Also, I might add that we were looking directly at the pizza and could clearly see that we didn't get it. The man continued to tell us for about 5 minutes that we received this extra topping because that's what we ordered and if we didn't want it then we shouldn't have clicked it. He was extremely rude and insisted that he "did his job" and was "looking at the reciept. "

Completely incompetent staff that can't even understand a basic complaint. As previously stated, I highly suggest to go to mamma mia's pizzaria across the road.

Wrongfully charged us and refused a refund. Then when I was trying to clarify why this was the case, the manager hung up on me. Such a poorly run business and kept abdicating all responsibility to us and simply refusing a refund. Manager advised it was a ‘Term and Condition’ that they weren’t allowed to refund and when I asked where it said this he said ‘you can read it’. No clarity, overcharged, hung up on. Disgraceful.

Finally went to this premises in person after a few very average delivery experiences (drinks not refrigerated, inordinately long delivery times) and I couldn't believe what I saw. The front windows, door and handle are greasy and very unclean. It looks like a poorly kept public toilet. Continuing inside the view was no better. Grease marks on the floor and walls from years of delivery drivers trekking oil in and out of the shop. A health department should be notified. I should've walked but a staff member came to the counter, played with his computer then looked at me. No "How can I help you? " or "What would you like? ". Not a word. I had to begin the conversation. I ordered my two pizzas, one gluten free as I'm allergic to gluten, as in, I can have anaphylaxis and go to hospital, type allergic. A gluten free Super supreme and a pan style ham lovers. Eventually the pizzas are done, I take them and drive 5km away. Upon opening the boxes I see two pizzas that don't look like what I ordered. Both are super supreme, one is pan style. Had I taken a bite of the wrong super supreme, I could've been hospitalised. I took the pizzas back and the staffer there says there's been a mix up and that he had given the wrong pizzas to the wrong customers. He produces a ham lovers pizza from the oven, which he says has already been returned by another customer, then takes the pan style super supreme that has done 10kms on my car floor and shoves it back in the oven for the other customer. On top of a long line of delivery f**kups, this was the last straw. Head office should bulldoze this joint and start again. If you want great pizza, go across the road to Mamma Mia Pizza Bar, you won't regret it. Zero stars Pizza Hut, you've taken a great chain and in 20 years, run it into the ground. Not even Arnie would be back.

Ordered a super supreme tonight and came in 10mins way to fast to cook a pizza.the pizza was way under cooked and looked raw.got another one for free but wasnt any better threw both pizzas in the bin.customer service is terrible cant understand anyone.have ordered there a few times in the past few weeks and the pizzas are just getting worse and also there delivery driver skids to a stop out the front and wears headphones and is rude.and been inside the store last week and was dirty and had flies buzzing around.

Fast home delivery, on time and friendly. Super Supreme with plenty of topping and tasting just like I remember from years ago. Well done Pizza Hut.

Every time we have ordered pizza from this store it has been late, the order incorrect and usually things I have paid for are missing such as drinks, sides and sauce tubs. Ridiculous

Grabbed a BBQ meat lovers pizza on the way past for lunch and it really was delish.

Maybe a tad oily and was reasonably pricey would be my only small negatives. Keep up the great work!

Takes more then an hour to receive your order if I could give less then one star I would most certainly do just that.

Horrific service. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides both sides being Coke and A Fanta. They come to the door with a Coke zero and a Fanta saying they didn't have Coke so they brought Coke zero. You would think they would be inclined to ask first what other drink we wanted instead of making our decisions for us. Disgusting pizzas very sloppy as such.

Great customer service and delicious pizza's also look for online deals they have great option to choose from. If there is anything missing or problem with the order they give you free pizza or a garlic bread or a drink.just ask the manager or supervisor he will fix you with your order. Recommended to all.

Just ordered from pizza from here, it was delivered, they stuffed up our order and the pizza is covered in way too much sauve, the pizza is ruined by the amount of sauce. Not impressed and will never be ordering from pizza hut again, should have ordered from Domino's

After entry to this Pizza Hut I noticed how dirty the establishment was. The owner was belittling a new young staff member which in my option is highly unprofessional. The pizza lacked flavour and had minimal toppings and after eating 1 slice of the large pizza it ended up in the bin and I felt it was unfit for human consumption. After reading other reviews I’ll assume the owner couldn’t care less about the business he’s attempting to operate.

Ordered Pizza's for a work meeting, delivered they to business next door when told to deliver to correct business the driver drove back to PH Gawler, when called asking where delivery was we were abused. Buy Domino's instead.
