Big servings just so confusing menu - not plenty photos to guide non- Vietnamese people also when ordering at counter it’s so rushed the order taker seems to be in a hurry all the time not ver helpful but food is good - price is reasonable

Great food. Only problem is that the cutlery is open in a container on the tables. In these times it would be more hygienic if they were covered, wrapped in serviettes would be better than loose with a box of tissues on the table. The food is absolutely amazing though

Vermecilli noodles and chicken bowl is so good. And huge. Been back 4 times this fortnight already

It's OK but prices are a bit high for my liking for the serving size. Got a mediu m pho for 14.5 but was not really full.

Then got 18 dollars main to take away for work the next day but the container is quite small, and has a lot of vegetable filler like carrot and cabbage and few beef slices. And taste for the main is just so so.

Would I come again? Probably not.but the pho was decent.

Most of the items ordered from this restaurant via UberEats app tonight are just disappointing. 1) Mate, imagine the ’special fried rice’ only have rice and some pork and onion that's it ~13.5$ for this quality n’ size it's a total rip off.

2) I asked for extra sauce for the cold rolls, they split the normal amount of source for 1 item into two - this is not called extra; it's not even as close to the normal sauce amount provided for 1 order of cold rolls. 3) The sauce itself is just not thick enough - it's so watery.

I’ve had food and even same food from many restaurants via UberEats from the same cuisine and this is one of the very few times I find the order surprisingly disappointing; it's simply a not-favourable experience.

4) I honestly think that this is not worth the price, the long waiting period (it even exceeded the latest UberEats time prediction) of a customer.

This all needs to be fixed or you will lose some customers and potentially long term customers.

5) I planned not to write this feedback but I recall the memories of seeing the order today n’ it's just lack of needed integrity, efforts and it’s surprising to me, the quality must go hand in hand with the established brand image. I wrote ”please take your time to make this and I was looking forward to this order” and I don't think they take my words seriously at all.

Just a lot of noodles and rice for their specified dishes. Plenty of other places in the West to go to.

Amazing service, good portion for what you pay for and always go down here when I'm feeling down or sick.

Came here for dinner, weve just finished doing job so we were not well dressed, food was alright but soup tasted like soap. Staff was rude and doesnt greet at all. We have paid our meal even before our order was given then when we have finished eating, went outside to our car and staff was yelling to us asking if we have paid? They didnt even say sorry, very rude. Will not come back here again

The food is excellent because it is fresh with of many kinds of vegetables they offer many dishes.
Overall, i recommend thiS restaurant

My regular go to for good affordable Vietnamese food. Their pho, combination rice, and banh mi are excellent.

Eftpos wasn't working so had to get money from atm next door with $2.50 charge. Also the pho tai has gone a bit downhill.broth is not clean and beef not tender. Sorry.

It was hot when we visited for lunch. Air conditioner was not working too well. Food was good though. I ordered the combination bun.

Disgusting customer service. Ordered through uber eats and they gave me the wrong meal and when i rang they were aware but wanted me to contact the driver. They said they would refund me but the girl I spoke to didn't know how and when i asked to speak to a manager, they werent there. So I asked to speak to someone else that could do it but she just keep apologizing as she was new. Think you need to train your staff better. So then I had to go to them to get my refund. I dont driver hence the reason I order through uber. Will never order from them again!

Had the dry noodles, pork chop with broken rice and the kwei tao. All delicious will be back again

6 months ago i would have recomended this place to anyone, the food was the bomb. Throughout the last two visits we noticed th quality of the food degrading, but our experience last night was not good, food was not nice i love beef soup and have had lots but the food served last night wasn't good. The first time i have only been able to barely eat half the dish. Very disappointed in the quality of the soup. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Awful service. Terrible communication. Mixed up order and missed a whole meal. Frustrating conversation trying to get meal we’d paid for. I’d stave before I eat from this venue again, like I did waiting an hour and a half.

If you want bang for your buck, this is the place to go. Always great amount if serving and the flavours are never bad. Pricing is fair

Had high hopes about this place. I had the Pad Thai, of which I had one fork full and couldn't eat any more of it; it basically tasted like ketchup. Won't be going back

Best Pho in Adelaide. Taste fresh. Everything else is really good too, especially the crispy skin chicken.

I try the Pho at every Viet restaurant in SA and this one is by far the best and huge servings for the price.

Delicious phó and incredible laksa. Love the vibe of the place, the decor is interesting to look at (hint: look up). Customer service is always friendly, kitchens always busy. There's many fresh and beautiful condiments on the tables, and I often spot them cleaning the jars and rotating/refilling them. Some things are a little pricey, but it's worth it, there's no expense spared on flavour. Also, good spot for the kids too!
