Perfect Motion Physiotherapy - Kurralta Park, Adelaide

I have visited the physio for my tendor injuries. I am already feeling better in couple of sessions. Navneeth has lot of experience and it shows up in the way he provides treatments. The clinic has lot of latest facilities and has plenty of parking in Kurralta Park shopping centre. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good physio.

I spent most of my life sitting in a computer chair all day and some nights too. Due to a stressful career, my mind ignored the aches and pains from my body as they built up over the years. Once I quit my job, I became more aware of the state my body was in. I had lower back / hip / hamstring pain from sleeping, numbness and tingling in my arms / wrists / hands, a stiff neck, and sore feet.

Since seeing Nav twice weekly for the last 2 months, we have been "peeling the onion" and I've made a lot of progress in unravelling the damage, bit by bit. I mostly live pain-free now, but I'm still doing more treatment to chase down the remaining areas that can occasionally give me trouble. Soon we will start some strengthening exercises as a preventative. Overall I'm really happy with the service and would highly recommend it.

I liked how Nav worked with me to find the treatment that best suited me. He was also very receptive to feedback and has resulted in a really good experience for me and my recovery.

Nav is an absolute guru. I went into my first appointment following 8 months of hamstring issues after seeing multiple other physios. Within a few sessions I saw quick improvement, whilst still playing sport, and am feeling much more confident in my body. Very reasonably priced as well.

I recently booked in to see Nav for treatment on my (very) sore neck, which had been bothering me for months. In my 68 years, I've never had the need to visit a physio. So, I delved into the unknown and made an appointment at Perfect Motion, as it is close by. The issue was starting to affect my day to day life, constantly niggling away in the background, making me cranky and tired due to lack of sleep. I (had) “chronic”migraine for 8 years with stiff neck and shoulders with pinning and numbness in my back shoulder. The pain was so intense and each episode lasted 5 days coming back thrice a month. I Decided to see Nav and that’s the best-ever decision of my life. He has hands-on approach and his niche is treating with precision. I never believed that my migraine episodic pain will disappear without a painkiller and that is where Nav has bought me now.
