He is great, friendly and gives excellent service, i was going through a lot of pain due to my shoulder injury, the treatment was so good. The staff is really supportive and caring.

Nav treated my ankle sprain very well. It was very painful in the beginning but, with his treatment I recovered very well.
I am very happy and I am working to my full capacity.

THIS PLACE IS A CON. The physio used Google to show me my "issue". He then left the room a total of 4 times (he was clearly treating other clients). He then provided a light 2min massage of my neck and then hooked me up to a machine which gave me electrical current through suction cups and then left the room to treat other clients. The 1 star is for the receptionist and her fantastic customer recovery however, I feel still CONNED!

I hurt my lower back and suffer from a lot of pain, my doctor recommended me perfect motion and I been there, now I feel more better. Thank you so much all team of perfect motion for helping me at my bad time.

Nav has been absolutely amazing working with me on chronic neck issues. I put up with pain for over a decade after a whiplash injury and had no luck with other physiotherapists, trainers and massage therapists. Nav is extremely collaborative, explains his treatment approach thoroughly and works with me in a constant dialogue to address my pain while also working towards lasting change. He sees the patient as a whole human, not just a series of symptoms to address like a checklist. So glad I found this practice. This has been the best investment and will continue to recommend Nav to anyone who will listen!

I have never met a Physio therapist quite like Nav. He is extraordinary in the way he operates. I believe he has 25 years experience and it definitely shows. He is very methodical in his approach in getting to the root of the problem. I have many complex issues with my spine along with chronic nerve pain. One of my many symptoms was nightly pins and needles in my hands. Over the weeks Nav has been able to locate the source of discomfort by isolating each body part that he suspected was causing the problem. He explains everything thoroughly as well, and definitely makes you feel like he has a plan going forward and knows exactly what he is doing. I am very impressed. 10/10 stars.
