I've been coming here for several months now to have chronic pain in my back, neck and shoulders treated and three results have been amazing. I've regained so much mobility and I find work a lot less strenuous.

Nav is an amazing physio, I came in with a chronic pain flare up and Nav was able to make the pain subside within the first session. I’ve seen a lot of specialists but this was the first time I felt comfortable and safe with the pain treatment plan. Because of his specialty knowledge we were able to work out very quickly what may or may not work, he also showed me new treatments that I haven’t had access to before. 10/10 recommend

After a pretty serious fall skateboarding, these guys worked out the issue with my ankle and fixed it within 2 sessions! Nav is extremely knowledgeable and understanding
