Self serve kiosks if you don't want to interact with people otherwise the staff are friendly if you do. Alcahol avalable too if that's your thing.

No as nice as the Balwyn one in Melbourne but nice all the same love the small screens and comfy seats. Service staff very good

The cinema basically for anyone over 40 years old. Tickets are twice as much as the regular cinemas that just screen the Hollywood blockbusters. They do show the international film festivals however and some of the best movies I’ve watched come with subtitles. They do offer an amazing cheese and wine platter to add some adult to the movies

Students can get really cheap ticket deals, and the cinema is quite cozy with options for wine or beer. Also shows minor films from overseas.

Saw the Jimmy Barnes doco "Working Class Boy". Excellent film.
Sat in back row and had the benefit of extra legroom (and probably better seats as well). Didn't avail myself of any refreshments while there so I can't comment on that.

Two new Cinemas in this complex as they seem to be catering more for the Small Cinema shorter run, out of the ordinary movies. Always enjoy a visit here whether the movie is a hit or a miss. Big new seats at the back very comfortable. Take your wine in with you.

Tickets are so expensive compared to Event Cinemas ($8.50 if your a Cinebuzz member compared to a Seniors ticket of $14 at Palace)
Got peed off when charged $14 for 2 icecreams compared to Trak or Event Cinemas.
We have decided there is no advantage in going to the Palace Nova unless we are desperate to see a particular movie (bring our own ice cream next time.)
