Oporto - Mawson Lakes Central Drive Thru (OTR)

Disappointing experience not all Oportos fault tables were dirty and public bathroom was a male/female share in absolutely disgusting hygiene condition. That OTR needs to step up big time.

It was just a quick feed that I felt wasn't that quick. I had to wait a while to get served but the food was nice in the end that is what you pay for.

Food was good and dining area was clean and tidy. The workers seemed a little inattentive but who can blame them, as the only two on working both the dining area and drive through.

Extremely slow drive-thru.and they got my order wrong so I had to repeat myself over and over to two staff members, one of whom didn't know how to use the register. With barely an apology, we got home to lukewarm chips and burgers. It would have been quicker, cheaper and easier to go to the supermarket and make my own.

This is the worse Oporto branch I ever ordered from! Completely the the worse service ever! Bad restaurant management! More than three times in different orders different times and they never gave us what we ordered, last time today they lied I double checked my order and asked if i am getting what I am ordering and they said yes and when I went home it was completely different again, and all what they can do is a refund.rather than do good job from beginning.how I can drive back another 10kms just for a refund.wasting time.wasting money.very bad very bad I will escalate further definitely!

My meal Deal was incomplete, rang them 4 to 5 times, left them a message and was assured that I will be receiving a call back from their manager but did not get any calls. Please check your meals before leaving drive thru.

Sat in the drive through at this Oporto for 20 minutes waiting on 2 basic chicken burgers staff were nonchalant about the fact that the cars were cued out to the petrol station waiting on there pathetic service.like seriously it's fast food not rocket science you fools.

Arrived at quarter past 6, ordered and paid for two quarter chicken boxes. After waiting for half an hour, were informed there was no more chicken

It was late and i think he was doing a lot of cleaning but it took him a very long time to served me. Nice food

The meals are ok, just way too small for the big price. The service was a bit slow but the staff were definitely trying their best.

Asked for cheese sauce got only chilli sauce on my fries, rendering me unable to eat my food. Not happy

The salads used to be addictive, but they have gone downhill fast, they constantly forget sauces, they are getting stingier and stingier with toppings as well as the chicken, the wait is always excessive yet you look inside and they are standing around chatting, or taking their time pottering around like they have nothing to do.

Bit of a wait in the drive thru but was well worth it. Delicious food and outstanding customer service. Prices a touch high but acceptable.

Customer service Was poor - went to oportos mawson lakes on Friday 17th and the woman who served me at the drive through was very rude i should’ve just cancelled my order

Absolutely disgraceful, went there and ordered Pulled chicken and chips and asked them to make sure there was more chicken put on there because the last time I went there I got hardly any, only to find out when I get home that's there's even less than the other time and pretty much just filled with chips with a very tiny amount of chicken. Definitely won't be going back to that store ever again and this is after the guy said they fixed it. If I didn't live so far away I'd drive back and throw it in their faces.

There service is poor. I walked in and there was two staff standing there doing nothing talking to each other one was platting her hair they both saw I was standing there and they continued to talk to one another then the girl who was doing her hair walked away and the other one stood there by herself and it took another 30sec for him to take my order and when I get home and gave the food to my daughter half way through eating she finds a hair in it.
I wouldn't bother with the drive thru they are even slower it got to the point where I ended up telling them I don't even want my order any more because it took 20 min after I ordered for me to get to the window and then once I got to the window it took another 5 min for someone to ask me what I ordered
So I told her not to bother.
Never had such poor service went somewhere else and was served in 5 min with fresh food and no hair and friendly service who serve you straight away

The food was great people were friendly the train skipping my stop and stranding me l there with a dead phone wasn't however.

PROS: Clean store, nice staff & I've yet to have a problem with their food. They're consistent. The fact that there's fuel, toilets & an ATM available at the same place is a bonus!
CONS: They are known to run out of chicken in the late evening.

Without doubt the slowest store in the state and constantly messing up orders really need to get it together there

Unhygienic! Ordered pulled chicken bowl for lunch today. It was pathetic! No chilli sauce in spite of mentioning, undercooked rice, small hair on my cheese. Yuck! Complete put off! Would never visit again.
