Oporto - Mawson Lakes Central Drive Thru (OTR)

The last two times I have been I have waited 20 plus mins for my order. One of the times I was the only one in the drive thru. We also wanted a half chicken but were told they wouldn't have any for another 40mins. Food is good but definitely not worth the wait.

The wait times are ridiculously long for fast food. In my recent experience, I waited for 25 mins in-store, 35 mins in drive thru, and 1.5 hours for an Uber Eats order. Something seems to be seriously wrong because it shouldn't take that long.

I won't be ordering from here again.

First time I had worst experience with oporto. Did long wait no one came. After got my order which was uncooked and made me sick. Covid Marshal guy need to learn some customer and cooking skills.

It's the same as any other Oporto. Made changes to my order that were correct at the pickup window. Very tasty as qlways.

I honstly never thought I'd give you guys this negative feedback but I don't have any other option for years since I came to this country it has been my favourite restaurant of all the time I have lots of memories there with my friends and lots of good times but recently the service has been on a continuous decline packaging is dry and messy I mean I order a make your own box meal and Normally that used to be packed all nicely in a box now its just put in such an unorganised way in a bag rather than the delicious hot meals I used to get from oporto I'm getting a cold dry food that no one would accept it and so many times order has been missing items like the make your own meal box normally comes with chips on the side now it's not worth my money all I'm paying for is a dry burger snack on the side and the drink where did the chips go? Why is it taking so long to make orders or deliver them when it would normally take way less in the old days

I'm honstly writing this because I love the place and I want them to get back to the oporto I love I have so much memories goodtimes and for they are my choice of food everytime I'm hungry as much as I hate to give you 2 stars cause I'm sure you deserve more but it's my last resort I can't change that rating unless I see the oporto I loved for years now

Ordered a triple bondi burger meal but the burger was very bad chicken wasn’t cooked properly. Food quality isn’t good here.

Third time going to Oporto and they forget my stuff, I order cheese fries and they give me small normal ones, then they didn’t take the small ones back and they make me pay for the cheese ones again. Horrible service, all staff are busy on their phones. I hope management can get new staff, people who actually do their job

Overpriced and raw chicken. Don't eat here so thought I would try it. Yeah never again. What's with buying a meal deal and that doesn't include chips, what the!

Never had any problems. Staff are always friendly.
You have to wait a little bit but I don't mind because it is cooked fresh.

The staff are really friendly, services is always good, the burgers and the chicken are always so damn tasty, no complaints here

Lots of staff, but only one serving, making coffee and getting food for people, why should I have to wait so long just to pay for petrol?
The air machine for pumping up tyres wasn't working properly, kept inflating tyres to 39psi instead of the 32 it was set at, then it was throwing error1.

We placed our uber order at 9.49pm, and did not receive our food until 11.35pm - not the Uber driver's fault at all, he was quick to deliver. The restaurant was uncontactable in the interim, we tried to find out what was going on multiple times, but the phone was switched to fax and we could nit get through. When we got our food, the quality wasn't the best, with the fries incredibly oversalted, and a significant portion of which were what looked like dried remnants and quite burned in places. The burger was ok but incredibly soggy and bland. We will not be in a hurry to order from here again.

It's Oporto, so met expectations
Good service, average food served fast and at reasonable price. Place is clean. Would go back again as it's good value for money

Oporto is awesome in general but this particular outlet is one of the worst. Staff - Slow service, bad attitude and no regards for customers.

Took a lot of time to prepare meals and never served the right meal. Tho worst experience i have ever had. Not going there again and won't recommend anyone to go either. Also asked for the chicken bowl which I got but without chicken

Avoid at all cost. Food was cold and nearly un-eatable. Food missing from order and no way of contacting them to get it rectified.

Nice and polite people! Although the waiting time is a bit long but can understand because of the freshness of the food! The food is so fresh and tasty! Thanks guys for good service

I have some bolas at least once a fortnight and normaly the are ok.
Todays bolas were old expired, been cooked before and were overcooked.they were dark small and hard.
Please take more care in what you cook

Oporto is very delicious and there are plenty of snacks that comes in 5 bucks like chicken wrap and spicy rice and crispypita pocket. Plus they are halal certified. And I think no one can match their sauces.
