Oporto - Mawson Lakes Central Drive Thru (OTR)

So many workers, yet takes at least 30mins every time (been 4 times over the year), thinking it was just a coincidence. But nope.once again, tonight waited 30 minutes for a single wrap. Only 2 cars in front.

They made me repeat my order 5 times and still got it wrong. Didn’t even apologise when I went back to get it redone. Bad customer service

Most things cost time and money, but usually more of one than the other. Name one thing that costs the same amount of both: Oporto!

Super super super SUPER understaffed, particularly around lunch.but also always. Kept a couple stars because the food is generally very good. Manager needs to get on the ball. I may have to resort to HJs in the future just so I can get back on the road.

Had worst experience of eating out with them. I ordered Bondi burger box on 23 November 2022 at around 7: 20pm in the evening, as I was leaving I just checked my box because they had messed up my order multiple times in the past and lo and behold there were no chicken strips this time either. So i went to the counter staff and he apologises and asked me to wait for 5 more minutes to get my chicken strips. To compensate for his negligence he gave me 1 extra chicken strip, that’s something they always do to make up for their lack of attention. Guys please give us the complete order in the first time we don’t want compensations, Thanks.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, definitely wouldn’t call it fast food. At least it was hot though

First I ordered two burger meals a share corn and share chips. Came without chips and drink from Both meals AND the share chips would fill about a cup.
I had to Order another burger meal, and recieved a share chips and drink.
My 11 year old son follows instructions better.
Never again. Waste of money.
Would rate -5 stars if I could. Maybe hire people who are competent in following orders.

Terribly slow! Waited 4-5 mins at the speaker before my order was taken and then another 10mins to receive my food. The time waiting superseded the fact a hair was in my food. I would understand if it were busy but I was the only car in queue.

Never again such a long wait for a burger that looked like it had been made in seconds very disappointing

The food was good. But the dine in area's floor was dirty, plus food etc on the floor, fortunately we chose take out.

Went in store and ordered Halumi chicken burger combo with crispy chicken strips. Great taste and fresh food. Very satisfying. The customer service was good and store was nice and clean. Really liked the chicken strips with spicy sauce. Fantastic

Order quarter chicken box asked 3 times leg piece from Drive through and waited 30 minutes and gave the wrong piece!

I went to oporto and meat was horrible, overcooked with black stuff on it. Seems they never change their cooking oil. I went twice and staff was not admitted their mistake and very rude to us.overall the meat was horrible and not eatable even after changing we waste in dustbin. Highly not recommend. Specifically the mawsonlakes. The staff very rude and they only argue with you.

Literally spent 25 minutes in the drive through and there was one car in front of me. They then got my order entirely wrong meaning I had to wait longer. Absolutely rediculous.

Worse experience. Been waiting more than 30 min on drive through and still not ready. And they dnt even apologise. Wasting more money on fuel than food. Need more staff on weekends if they know its busy. Dnt go there. Also they didn't give us drink with meal. They should check order after packing. Who bother to go back and fight fir drink. Better go somewhere else.

I ordered an otropo burger, but got something else. I asked for no chilli sauce on the Bondi burger for my daughter but they put it on anyway. Only one serve of chips for 2 meals.

Every time I go to this place it’s always a 30 minute plus wait for your food. Drive through and going in.

While waiting for my food I noticed staff handing out delivery food to drivers without insulated bags. This in my eyes is a health and safety issue as the food should be hot as possible for as long as possible. If I was the delivery customer of the store I would expect this to be policed

I had such a bad service here! Don’t come into the store, such a slow service and had to wait abit before my order come through and all I ordered was whole chicken. And it took them so long to even give me my order. And the costumer service guy was looking abit grumpy and I didn’t really like how he talk as well.
