Organisation of the pub was poor. The woman tried to charge me extra for my meal until I pointed out the obvious. Her menu behind the counter had add-on prices to her menu. For example a chicken schnitzel was $18 and topping free, her menu had a bracket around the sauces for $2 extra. When I quizzed her on it, no questions, an apology and $18 was charged. The assistant manager to was useless and slow.

Good well appointed accommodation and excellent meals. As a coach captain, no complaints if I have to stay here.

Steak special was nice. Advertised chocolate mud cake with cream. Ordered two serves of mud cake but was informed there was no cream left so if we wanted ice-cream we would have to pay 1.00 extra per serve if we wanted ice-cream. Cancelled the order. Very poor customer service at the order counter. This is a real shame for the employer. Bar person was very good but reputation spoilt by this one employee.
