48BEST NIGHT in a long time! The food was so good not a single morsal left of a 4 course meal. Ol Calcutta rocks my world! And never EVER disappoints.thank you chef praug and staff for a great romantic dinner.
Takes forever for pick up. They must be hunting the lamb down to kill it before cooking it. Food is pretty good but way too long to wait. So only order if you have the time to wait or maybe order at lunch time for dinner.
Love, love, love this place! Always come here to eat and Chef Prag makes an amazing mango chicken. Really quick service and good quality food. Would recommend to friends and fam. Thanks!
We like the food but every time we order they say it takes 45 minutes for pick up. If you have the time to wait, you won't be disappointed. But if you are hungry, you may die of starvation. Better to order else where that takes 10 minutes which is what we did after being told to wait 45 minutes.
Service is good. Tandoori chicken was a bit cold. Biryani was different from Calcutta biryani it was more like Marathi style or Tamil style. Service was great!
I must admit some of the best Indian food I have ever had. The mango chicken was unbelievably good the service fantastic definitely a repeat customer.
Ordered dinner, been told it will take an hour, went to pick up after one hour and fifteen minuts and they didn't even started cooking. Very much disappointed. If I was the owner would have delivered for free instead of loosing a customer.
Rude staff (just placing an order and pick up), specials were a rip off so tiny actual embarrassed i didnt go back and get my money back! Got home missing 2 garlic nann bread which were on the special! Did get a full price main the lamb was alright a good amont of spice, but the prawn curry loaded wit sauce onion n capsicums 8 little prawns, never again!
