Modern premises. Wait times are occasionally long. Several doctors I've seen are attentive, knowledgeable and caring. Also, blood samples can be taken.

Dr John Joseph is very cool to talk to - and help you if you have a problem. Nice Guy:).

Also the ladies at the desk are awesome - They manage to keep everything under control, LOL

Have been going here for many years and still very happy. Staff are always nice, helpful and understanding.

Had Dr Mpala who seemed like he didnt know anything at all. Was rude, disrespectful, poor manners, bad no empathy and showed no concern for the patient. Was not knowledgeable and wasnt able to answer any questions asked. Didnt say more than a couple of words to me, didnt even look at me when talking to me.

While I agree with others comments in that I was not very satisfied when I saw Dr Mpala on one occasion, every other encounter at Oakden Medical has been great. The staff are lovely there and I have been seeing Dr Hubczenko for a very long time, and occasionally Dr Frank also, and they have both been fantastic.

I can't give 0 Stars.

Had to wait 40 minutes to see Dr Mpala, not sure why. Its not exactly a conversation rich experience, which is fine. What is not fine is that I had specifically told him that I am allergic to antibiotics, so what does he prescribe me? Antibiotics. Another 30 minute wait at Chemist warehouse (the chemist actually asked if I am allergic to Penicillin) for him to send a fax to them with a non-poisonous prescription and I was finally home.

Never, ever, ever visit this Medical Centre. Go to Regency Medical 5-10 minutes away, if they weren't fully booked I would have gone there.
