A good experience - Dr Jane was wonderful, put me at ease, not judgemental which was great. My only issue is the cost, I'm not working so the out of pocket costs are adding up. Cheers, Kerry

I had a great experience at the Medical Centre. I was able to make an appointment quickly and easily, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor (Dr Anna) was kind and attentive. I felt well taken care of and respected. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs medical attention.

Rang for an emergency appointment for my mum, they had nothing, which is fine. However, the receptionist showed no concern whatsoever when I explained she is in pain and is 74 years old, didn’t try to assess how severe, didn’t offer anything for tomorrow, just nothing. I asked about their other surgery if there was anything available and she couldn’t tell me much except she doesn’t know and they had 1 appointment, so I said “okay, I will try call them” and she hangs up without saying anything, not even a peep or goodbye.

My mum has been going to this clinic for years, since I was a teenager and I adore the staff and the doctors but whoever this receptionist is perhaps should get a job that isn’t customer facing in the health industry if she has zero compassion or care.

Guess I’ll try my luck for 8 hours at a hospital. Thanks for nothing but your rude service and zero care for the elderly. I sincerely hope you’re just having a bad day and this isn’t the way you operate on a day to day basis. Ridiculous.

Oakden Medical Centre and its sister practice the Windsor Village Medical Centre, are top notch. The care culture of the place extends from the doctors to the nurses and the practice staff who manage the place on the day-to-day basis. Most Excellent

Recently my son and granddaughter were both very sick and Dr Hubzenko and Karen from the asthma clinic squeezed them both in for a car park consult. They went above and beyond to attend to them both and ensure they were ok. This stopped us having to have a hospital visit and further clog the system. Such kind and caring people. Thankyou

Easily the best clinic i have visited. The lady at the counter yesterday was extremely helpful. The doctors are also very nice.

Been seeing dr Leslie from last 6 years as a Family GP.i have seen Dr Hubczenko and Dr Mittelstadt as well. Excellent group of doctors. Very Spot On identifying health issues & their Treatments are so effective that shows how experienced and knowledgeable they are.we always get answers and information for any health related questions. Highly recommended.

The receptionist is rude on the phone and incompetent. I had a medical situation that required urgent treatment and I called and the receptionist said that the next appointment is in a week even though I explained the medical situation. I agreed to take it. Then after she took my details to book and informed me that it is booked which took alot of time given that she asked me to spell everything I told her. I don’t know if it was a micro aggression or if she is really ignorant. She said are you a new patient? I said yes. She said we don’t take new patients. And she was really rude. She wasted my time and was very rude when I am most vulnerable and need urgent medical
attention. That’s why I am giving this experience a 1 star.

Unfortunately you need book your appointment well in advance.

Twice now, we have been sitting in the waiting room for nearly an hour and the staff at the reception desk have not even marked us correctly as attending. No apology. Just act like we, the patient are an inconvenience. Used to be a great GP. Has really gone down hill. Absolutely terrible service. They try and push everything to a phone consult even when its clearly not covid symptoms. Disgraceful.

Terribly rude reception staff. I was regularly taking my kids there from June 2018 till 2020. After first lockdown I rang there to book an appointment with no cold flu like symptoms but lady at the reception said I have to go for phone consultation only. I explained her that I'm experiencing women's problem and I physically have to see the doctor and the answer was no you can explain everything over the phone then doctor will decide if they wantto see you or no. Or" you can go somewhere else "
After that for 2 years i never been there but today I went there again with my kids they ask me before booking the appointment if there is any cold flu symptoms and I told her all the blood tests are done, swab test is negative, also I have chest X-rays which indicates a chest infection. She booked the appointment and today as soon as I entered into doctor's room she rang the doctor that I have a complaint at reception by someone that my kids are Terribly coughing so they should not be here. Doctor said the same thing that somebody made a complaint at the reception that's why they think I should not be there. Dont know what is the point having all the results and reports in hand and still they like embarrassing us by saying we should not be there. So on the way back I told them it was my last visit there and I will never ever go back there again. Only one lady yuowon (I hope spellings are correct) been very nice and polite but still too many medical centres around to go.definitely not these people. Worse experience with them all the times
