45Went for my first dose, staff was really lovely and the professional who administered my vaccine was incredibly polite and understanding. Definitely coming back.
Refused to give me my second dose of AstraZeneca.
Turns out I was entitled to AstraZeneca according to sa health.so I will be reporting this practice for misconduct both the nurse and doctor.
Also have a reference from sa health that I was entitled to receive AstraZeneca, Pfizer or Moderna for my second dose.
I wasn't offered any of these options I was just refused.
Reception could of been a little happier with a smile but I praise the nurse who made me comfortable with my first covid vaccine. Very informative and friendly.
Usually late, Doctor gives attitude to patients and receptionists. Doesn't read notes and scans before appointments
From the helpful reception team to the doctor's willingness to work with me at a time of changing practices, the Northpark Medical Centre has been, in my experience, a great find. Thank you!
