Northpark Medical Centre

Dr Durrani has been my doctor for a number of years. I respect him as a doctor and a person to the extent that I have followed him to his new practice at North Park even though it is a hour drive for me from my home.

Very nice clinic with fantastic reception staff and wonderful doctors. Specially, Dr. Durani is very friendly & loving person. He's very understanding and listens to your concerns. He explained everything in detail about problem and procedure of follow ups. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic service at this practice, Dr Saad Durrani is one of the most dedicated doctors I have ever met, always ready to help with medical issues and up to date with the latest medical procedures/ advice around at the time, he’s the best. Office staff are always good, Highly recommended.

Arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment yet ended up waiting over 40 minutes. They don't seem to have much care about their patients time.

A new clean facility. No long wait times to see GP or nurses. Receptionst staff are warm, kind and professional. We have seen a couple of different GPs here and theyve all been really accomodating and professional. Online booking service is user friendly. Even the nurses here have been really lovely and paitent with our kids. Thank you, we'll continue to use your service.

I asked to be booked in to see a female Dr, make the appointment and then am told when the male Dr escorts me to his office that there are no female Drs at this practice.

Dr J looks after patients’ health very well, listened attentively, made referrals as required and examined patient’s condition and symptoms before making decision.

Worst experience. Had to walk out after waiting for literally an hour despite reaching 10 minutes before my appointment. Thats really unprofessional.

Highly recommend this medical practice, everybody very obliging. Doctor took his time and was very thorough.

Dr Jay is gem but waiting times are ridiculous. Good location and easy to book appointments. On average, Dr will see you between 45min to 1 hour after your appointment time is confirmed with receptionist. Anyone who wants a Doctor with who they can speak in Punjabi, I will recommend Dr Jay.

I have no comments for a doctor Himanshu Bhardwaj. Today I went there with 2.5 yr old baby. She is talkative and doctor got disturbed with that. He came out and asked to keep her quiet as he got disturbed. There were many patients sitting and no one said that they are getting disturbed. Don't know how he got doctor degree without have patience. May be he don't have kids.
I need answer at any cost. I will go as far as I can.

I would like to say Dr Jay and other reception staff is very professional and always take care of there patient and would like to add on Dr Jay always motivate patient that make you feel that you are not sick.

Went for a disability parking permit assessment for my visiting grandma. First, our appointment was 9: 40AM, the doctor called us at around 10AM. Second, doctor asked questions not relevant to my grandma's mobility and seems to take unnecessary time to make the consult longer than what it should be. Doctor asked my grandma who is already struggling to walk to show him how she walks and then after that, proceeds to take her blood pressure. The doctor was surprised because her blood pressure is high, well yeah that's what happens if you are not relaxed when taking blood pressure. We paid more than a standard consult. Not going back here again.

Rang late in the day and Receptionist was lovely. I had not been to this practice before but she was kind enough to fit me in. The nurse was very nice and took down all my details. Dr J was lovely and took great care of me. Thank you everyone.

It’s a busy clinic but Dr Muhammad J listened to my concerns and addressed them in a timely and professional manner

Friendly courteous staff. Had a skin check with Dr Omair Chaudry - good man, and if you need any minor surgery his work is very tidy.

This was my 2nd experience at Northpark Medical center and I must say one of the cleanest medical practice I have visited so far. Very friendly staff and easy to book appointment.
Dr Jhangir is very knowledgeable and friendly, my 4 year old kid felt very comfortable with the doctor during the first visit. He was spot on in finding the root cause and recommendations. 2nd experience today was also great. Will highly recommend Northpark Medical Center.
