Dr. Jay was experienced and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very lovely, and the practice was efficient.

Attended this service today with my son, the reception was absolutely royal. Staff at the front desk were quite polite. As for the doctor who attended to us, his service was fabulous and par excellence.

This was the 2nd time we visited the clinic, the reception staff was very caring, loving and helpful. The clinic was well managed and clean. Very happy with the service.

The staff go out of their way to make your visit a good and professional caring place to be looked after. Thankyou 10/10 in my book.

Fantastic team of Doctors!
Although Dr Azhar is my favourite and my families doctor for many years, Dr Jay and Dr Chadaury have also been great to deal with.

Visited today for the first time. Couldn't get in to see my regular Doc again. I had a car jack drop on my foot?? The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. The waiting Room big and bright. The doctor I saw was easy to talk to and very caring. Having an x-ray and going back to seem him. May consider changing practices. Recommend visiting if you need friendly helpful doctors.

The doctor I had booked in to see was busy with a surgery and could not help me but She was able to coordinate with Dr Azhar who was kind enough to fit me into his schedule. I didn't end up having to wait long. Dr Azhar was very supportive of the issue I was dealing with.

Very good service, and seen on time, the only criticism I have is the amount of communication I was sent from yourself and HotDoc, and how many times I was asked to fill in the same forms.

Can book appts on weekends for vaccination on HotDoc but no one is here. Dozens of people are here/have left waiting.

The staff and Dr. Azhar were amazing. I like the thorough check-up and Dr. Azhar gives valuable advices.

Very long waiting time. We had appointment at 3pm and were not seen till 4pm. They kept us waiting with kids, very unprofessional staff.

Two terrible experiences! First I booked a vaccine for my eldest son only to find on arrival that they weren’t actually open that day. Second I booked one for my youngest son, I figured everyone one is able to make a mistake. Only to have them call me 1 hour before the appointment and tell me they had run out of vaccines. So frustrating

Our child has Tourettes and really struggled with the immunisation. But the nurse was SO amazing. It took almost an hour, but she was so patient and understanding. Could not recommend this practice enough. Amazing. Thank you.

Nice staff but really slow! My appointment for covid booster jab was at 3: 30, I got in at 4: 25! Along with 5 other clients all together.there were 6 or 7 other clients waiting outside and the front desk kept telling the new clients that he'll get them to wait for 10 minutes!

Service is good but there is a lot of time wastage every-time whenever I or any of my family member visit this clinic. It seems that they have no value of time. More than 40 minutes waiting time even after booking the appointment before.

Dr Sadaf Imam was fantastic, saw them at short notice for a prescription and they recommended other options while also being extremely helpful and understanding.
