North Indian Cuisine reviews
71Terrible! For a start not all brown people speak punjabi. I struggled speaking in Hindi to be nice but it was difficult. Food.the bhature was flat and oily. Very dissappointing.
The best Northern Indian in Adelaide.fresh food.inexpensive.and delicious food.
Very busy place so get in early if you want to dine in
The food was simply superb and of great quality (I was dining with a female friend re hormone imbalance ;-).
The service was friendly and timely. In addition to the natural atmosphere of, " Jetty Rd, Glenelg, " near Mosely Street.
A " mealtime" well spent for sure.
Great butter chicken and staff are friendly. Super popular and always have a great experience here!
Very clean. Nice place. Value for money
Polite staff.
Lovely food.
Will defo be back.
One of the worst food and extremely poor service. The girls who took the orders didn't even know proper English and gave me wrong order, charged me extra. I was extremely annoyed but I kept myself calm so I will later put a review. I really want to request to keep those girls at front who can atleast understand basic English. Ta!
You can get a large serving of three curries with rice for a decent price. The food is always delicious, I have never been let down!
Tasty authentic dishes, lots of flavour, cheap prices, large servings, fast friendly service. Can eat in or takeaway.
The curries and food taste the best. I just request that you guys don't mix the curries when you put them in a takeaway box and also train the counter girls to talk a bit more politely. What's the point in offering 3 different curries and then I can't see and taste them when we open the box at home.
Staff are always calm and pleasant ️ food served nicely. Always good value. Compliments to the chef!
Great Indian food at inexpensive prices. More a fast food takeout place than dine in but there are tables available.
Five stars purely for the chai (masala tea) here. Quite authentic, as if you're back in the subcontinent.
Have had take aways about 5 times now. Always a large 3 mild meats on rice. Enough for 2 meals. Price point is great. Excellent taste and mild is spot on. Always a line up which is a great indicator. Love it.
Good food good price. Very busy so you may have to be patient. Naan was delicious the food is served in front of you. It's not table service but it is byo drinks no corkage fee.
I absolutely love their food. I regularly take the Massaman Beef Curry. It's delicious. I love their sauce. I tried the butter chicken which tastes amazing. The Alo matar paneer dish is a must try. Mango lassi is good but could be improved. I will definitely visit this place.
Best Indian takeaway with fantastic prices.when there's a line up to order, you now it's a great place!
Hugely impressive value for money. The food is decent, authentic Indian cuisine and the portions are generous. The two plates pictured have 3 medium portions of various dishes each and a pile of rice hidden underneath. Two of us ate lunch with drinks for under $30. For the money, it's superb.
10/5 Stars. The food was excellent, we visited this restaurant 4 days in a row. The prices are so low, the meat so tender and the Curries so well- spiced. I’m in heaven.
Really nice cheap Indian.
$14.50 and you can get rice with 3 curries, naan bread and a drink. Seating inside is average but it's a quick in and out type place. I don't think they are on uber eats or deliver at all, but always very busy at lunch and dinner time.
