Nespresso should be so proud to have a staff member like Andrew whom is customer facing. The way he liases with customers along with his persona is perfect for any customer service industry, his approach will definately generate higher sales and lift the overall experience in the store. I work for Optus Customer service & sales training and it’s rare that I am so impressed with the service I recevie. He is perfect example of genuine high level service which compliments the nespresso brand.

I enjoy go there most of time the staffs are very friendly and good hosting. Normally I go there and drop my cafe capsules and sometime I will try different tang of cafe as they have good qualify barista. Except today the lady was okay but not much interaction so put me off buying more capsules will give a go next time. Overall I love to be back here ever two weeks

Could spend a bit on coffee pods here. Service was a little bit slow but nice selection of pods for home.

Located in the Adelaide CBD in Rundle Mall. One stop shopping for all your coffee pods, consisting of different flavours. Also sells coffeemakers. Queues could sometimes be long, however service is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful and would gladly assist in answering any questions.

To put the cherry on the icing on the cake, the plethora of flavours and variations of coffee can all be trialled free of charge in a fully functional bar-like station located at the rear of the store.
