Seeing as I can’t reply to your comment on my review I’ll write it here for you.

I can almost guarantee nothing is going to be done to improve the service. No one will be held accountable, as per usual.
How hard is it to provide good customer service consistently?

If you like to be ignored and unacknowledged, go here.
Stood around for 20 minutes didn’t even get acknowledged. Waste of time

Went in for 2 strip's of coffee pods and ended up purchasing 3 more on top.found new flavours to try

Friendly service. Try before you buy coffee is a great idea. Quality for sure, just wish their pods were a little less expensive.

Great place to buy Nespresso pods. Staff were informative, helpful and knowledgeable. They all wore face masks, had shields up at point of sale and were covid 19 safe. As a member I received 2 boxes of bn pods after buying a larger box. I will return.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they always offer a tasting and are knowledgeable with regards to the product range. Our machine has lasted a number of years now which is impressive given the use we give it.

Nice environment but there should be pop up shops in the suburbs.
There are competitors that are doing Nespresso out of business. The coffee isnt that exclusive!

A place to taste different varieties of Coffee at Rundle Mall and best place to buy Nespresso machines

Staff are always fabulous!
Have helped many times when I’m after a substitute for a discontinued blend!

Great shop. Huge selection of machines and coffees. Expensive but an attractive woman to greet you at the entrance.

Prices a bit lower than expected. Professional service. Saleswoman at the counter did inform us of special and had good knowledge of the product. Will be back.

Amazing customer service. Nespresso are exceptional when it comes to ordering capsules and are incredible when it comes to warrenty. Staff are awesome. I give it five stars.

Very lovely place. Staff are friendly and very helpful in making decisions about the many different pods that are available.

It was what I expected! Friendly.
But the product still too expensive when you know it's a lot of competitor around with the prices much lower than Nesspreso.
Better too reduce a bit.

Got what i wanted. Gifts for work & xmas pressies. Probs would of bought more. But felt like a bit of a bother to sales person. I don't have as Nespresso.but my daughter & staff tearoom do. So I needed a learning session. Bbn

Great coffee, very good service and nice place. Buying coffee at Nespresso Boutique is still an experience, which is so rare this days.
