Great service, first time purchase so this review is about Service more than Product. Friendly and knowledgeable team, they don't rush you or push you for a sale. Ishika assisted me with my doubts about machine and coffee blends which helped me on my purchase decision. Great stuff

I went to buy the pods today but felt utterly uncomfortable by the customer service. Just upon my entry a young lady came and ask “do you need any help”? But she didn’t have any friendly tone or smile on her face and looked kind of unsatisfied with her job (I don’t know). So I said I’ll be fine.
To avoid another encounter with her, I tried to self check out but realised the machine works for the members only which is a shame! Then she came again and asked “ do you need any help now” (as if I upset her the last time by not asking for help). It was a very uncomfortable experience overall and I’m not going there again for sure.
Came to read the reviews to check if I’m the only person who received such a horrible customer service. No wonder why so many negative reviews.
Nespresso has lost its customer service touch
You now have to serve yourself, trying to get any help was ridiculous as only small number of staff.
No one was monitoring the coffee tasting.
So after many years being a very loyal customer sadly I won’t be back.
I feel forced to buy online if I do at all.

I do not drink coffee.
How ever I do collect your pods for recycling. This takes time out of my busisness daily.
When we agreed to do this for you we were compensated with merch or pods. All went to our charities as donations for fundraising.
Even a few pods now and then would be given to our S. E. S.for their machine while they are helping our community.
This would make me appreciated not just used.

I just got off a chat session with a nespresso customer service rep. I just wanted to know why my delivery was delayed. She explained supply chain issues. I asked why I wasn't advised that there is a delay due to stock issues. She then said this conversation is going nowhere and ended the chat session. Great nespresso, call your online staff, customer dis-service representatives.
I went to store at 1pm ish on Monday, wanted to buy some pods and try one of the new flavor pods. The lady literally scared me off with that “get out”attitude… i can tell the lady closer to me had the same feeling as i did. So i couldnt buy or try anything …. First time i visited that store i guess will be the last
I must say I’m not at all impressed with the new self service! What ever happened to customer service! May as well order on line
Somebody decided to remove the front counters and replace them with "stations". The staff roam around attending to customers. Perhaps this is supposed to be more efficient. I was actually more confused as to what to do.
I only just brought my pod machine this year so only new to nespresso. The times I have been in this store I have always had great customer service and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Went to Rundle Mall shop today to buy a new coffee machine. Last time I walk in there. The lady who served me was beyond rude. Left without buying anything. What happened too. Nespresso’s customer service?

I don’t know what’s wrong with their services team. But every-time I came here I always got bad customer service. Will consider get my coffee on their website rather than in store in the future.
Elegant place for coffee lovers. Wide variety of coffee types, flavours, and new coffee machines too. You can have your perfect cup of coffee there or try a new blend for free.
No lactose free milk though for your free trial cup of coffee but Oat milk is available.
Hopeless. Placed an online order on the 27 November and 5 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. Ended up having to cancel the order and now have to wait for a refund.
My mother and I were severed by a lady today at the Rundle mall store and we were so disappointed by the service we received. The lady who served us was so rude and unhelpful that I actually left the store because the poor service.

Note screens at counter removed. Easier to interact with staff But no coffee tasting. Which is disappointing when wanting to see which new coffee to chose. Hope they return soon.

I want to congratulate all Rundle Mall Boutique staff, especially Kate. I had an issue with a machine and went to the store for assistance. They treated me with outstanding manners and solve my problems quickly. Highly recommended!
