Nando's Mawson Lakes

Restaurant appears to be highly disorganised. Staff seem uninterested and look as if they are being forced to work. Pretty average to say the least.

Unfortunately that was probably the worst nandos experience.
Plenty of other nandos do the food much better.
The staff seemed completely over it, the cutlery was dirty and gross, tables had not been wiped over or anything cleaned. The corn as a “side” was so overcooked and old we didn’t even eat it. Complete waste of a side.and One of the workers closed the food draw with her foot! Sorry but that’s gross. Game needs to be seriously lifted.
Never eating at this nandos again.

Its usually a nice experience everytime. But i went there last week and the staff told me they didnt have any clean cutlery, plates etc and i'd have to wait 45 minutes if i wanted to dine in. No apologies given. More like a 'take it or leave it' attitude. Hence why the 2 stars.

First time having Nandos.was ok not sure if quite worth the price.could be a bit cheaper. 20 bucks for a burger and chips.can get a counter meal for that with salad bar lol

Caring helpful staff! Not just a food chain restaurant. Small amount of seating but very cosy/spacious.

Not the worst, not the best but its a good feed for lunch. Chicken tenders can vary in size upto 50%

Very awkward experience: after I finishing dinner at 8: 45pm, 15th March 2019, one of the waitress came to my table, whilst clearing the table asked me to placed tissues, chicken bones, etc back on my plates before she can clear the table. Is this what you call a table service? This is rude. She has a red coloured hair.

Not my favourite nandos, quite over priced for chicken that is like home cooked quality. A tad bland!

First time eating In, Food is Lovely and the place looks amazing.
Though 2 workers behind the counter arguing about their shifts and so on!
Pls if you were to have disagreements at work keep it proffesional and don't talk loud where customers can hear you. We're trying to have a good lunch but how can we if all we can hear is them 2 arguing about the same thing on n on!

Have been going there since past 5 years. Always an amazing staff always ready to help out and make special orders! The food quality is also amazing. One of the best Nando's in town!:)

We come here often, it's small and cosy we're able to have a chat and a meal and not feel too crowded when the place fills up. Good staff

Good food, love getting paella Grande with extra veges, Half chicken and large chips. Have dinner with family once a week

Comparing price and quantity of food, it's Expensive.
Food is not that bad.
Staffs are well behaved, but they should engage more people at least on weekend.
Table remained dirty and no one was their to clean them up.

Nandos is the bomb but expensive. Must have if you like spicy food.
I have a high tolerance for spicy food so I give it a Spice rating of 4/10

How can we order for pick up if we're out and dont have data then? It's seriously an inconvenience to not being able to order through a phone call

Friendly staff and efficient service. Plenty of seating and parking available, depending on time of day. Clean environment but sometimes staff need to be aware when to replenish items like plates in dining area or paper towels in toilet area (but understandable during busy times). Food prepared quickly and cooked perfectly past few times we visited. Would gladly recommend to others:)

Had terrible experience with Nando’s Mawson lakes, tasteless food. Over cooked chicken, and the bread was very ruffly slicesed, staff was short and large Q.costumers was waiting in large Q.
We usually go to nandos at Rundle mall they are great and well served. But this experience was west of money!

Wow. What a turn around from 5 Stars to 2. Found the staff to be rude when asking for a high chair and yep. They only have one so if there is a family here, be prepared to juggle your child on your lap while you eat. Wait times for food seem to have blown out and what seemed like a restaurant you prepared to pay a little more for based on the service has gone out the window. Better options nearby for a better price as well as better service.

Such an amazing experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional and made with care. Will definitely be back here again!

Not great in comparison to other Nando's restaurants. Slow service, dirty and uncleared tables, no napkins or paper towels available and no bottles of table water available as they were all sitting empty around the restaurant. Bathrooms needed attention. Food was OK. Wouldn't bother again.
