Nando's Mawson Lakes

Unsure what happened, but my favorite paella went down the hill. Ordered lemon and herb paella and received extremely acidic and very spicy soggy dish. Was very disappointed, chicken was alright but took 15 minutes longer than usual. Very disappointed, as could not even eat it.

Service, many plates from other tables hasn't picked up (dirty plates) ruins the atmosphere. We eaten for almost haft and hour and next to us we still dirty plates.
Food took a bit to come. Salad was delicious

Ordered a full chicken take away with extra hot base, requested the guy over the counter to put extra sauce on the chicken but to my disappointment half of the chicken was burnt with hardly any sauce on it. Highly disappointed with their service, they don't give any care to the customers request. Not going to recommend to any of my friends.

Great food and service. Bloody hard to find though. It was lucky I was determined.

Update: Pretty sure this latest visit I got mild even though I asked for lemon and herb. Given I choose this for food intolerance reasons I'm disappointed. And the resulting tummy cramps are annoying. If you have intolerances or allergies I advise you making it very clear to this store. I never have an issue with my usual stores so don't mention it anymore.

Music was too loud for conversation.

Good food, the venue could probably do some renovations with the shop being bigger as it does get busy and crowded sometimes.

The area could look so much better if they just maintained the garden in the carpark, but it’s been left to get overgrown and dirty, the area feels like a slum.

Rude lady staff with red hair colour. Sometimes due to rude behaviour of a single mannerless employee we have to give 1 star, which shouldn’t but its what happened! Every single staff should not lose control and behave nicely.

Awesome place for a grill, only wish they keep thier music volume alittle lower. Otherwise environment is always well suited for chillin out.

I used to feel a Nando's dinner was a great treat but the last two times I've come down have been a disappointment.

My first issue is that orders are only able to be made via your phone through a QR code. I find this method tedious and prefer to talk to someone when making an order. At one point someone accidentally refreshed the page and lost their progress with their order.

The second is that on both trips I've been disappointed to find BBQ ribs unavailable (frankly it was always the highlight for any visit) but have never understood beyond covid and supply issues last year. It's been a long while since ive been here and to find this is still an issue was very disappointing for us.

Don't use Nando's app, I have made an order and paid the money and then they told me that they have never received the order, even I had a receipt with me. And they told me this is the second time to happen to a client. I used PayPal and PayPal told me that they have 100% sent the money to them, apparently their is an issue with their app.

I've had cashews bigger then this chicken tender. Sorry but value for money just isn't there.

I bought a peri peri large chips and a paella, the paella was great, cooked well same as the chips. However the large chips felt like a regular in a larger bag because it really wasn't full.

No customer service your business will fail, forcing people to order online through an app that doesn’t always work is disgraceful.
What if your elderly or left your phone at home or not tech savvy. Not accepting cash either, there would not be another company anywhere that discriminate as much as nandos. The amount of negative reviews you guys are receiving is huge. I wonder if trying to save a few dollars is going to pay off in the long run…. I highly doubt it!
Pity cause the foods great but I won’t be back

Not customer friendly by some staffs. Queed for long time eventhough my order was ready and kept aside for pick-up. Asked with two staff and told me to wait without checking.

The food is great but there is always something they don't have. This time they had no rice or ribs. Last time they had no starters.

Always fast, happy staff. Delicious food.

Seems the menu has shrunk a bit since last time there but still tasty bastings.
A must is the peri peri salt on the chips. Always ask for extra.
The restaurant itself is kept clean and nice amount of seating. Plenty of car parks ut the front.
It is a bit pricier than some fast food but the food is better than your standard fare. And takes a little longer to cook.
A surprise is the garden salad. Actually has lots of veg aside from lettuce leaves. Wish they sold the trio of Bell peppers dressing.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. So painfully bad I didn't even bother finishing my order and walked out!

Giving 4 stars Because Always like the service and food, but tonight the guy who served @2000 wasnt really ready to serve. Behaved like customers come to get food for free. Didnt knw whats going on in the store for orders. Handed over the receipt with that much attitude.

Looked up opening times online said shut at 10pm got there 830pm and they where shut even looked at the time on the door and that said 10pm had been at work till late and was looking forward to nandos ending going elsewhere for food won't be using nandos Mawson lakes again if they can't honour the opening times displayed on line and on the front doors and its not the first time it's happen

Wow.so updated now, no menu now, only online ordering. Big problem with it, so many orders coming in, staff so busy, but they managed. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT was ADMIN had removed my 646 points.well, after very little travelling, due to covid, at least the chicken was as scrumptious as ever. If you haven't tried a Nando's grilled chicken, I heartily recommend it.
