Nando's Mawson Lakes

Do not bother visiting this place. They have been closed for ages and finally opened again.

We went to visit for dinner to be told there is a half hour wait for anything chicken. They don't offer ribs anymore. So the only thing you could order was a burger and it would be 15 minutes

The person behind the counter knew nothing and had to keep asking the other staff if items were available. When you are only serving burgers there is no point in being open.

I don't see any point in this business being open. Waste of time. Do not bother going here at all.

Nandoos is a place to be if you love hot and spicy grilled chicken. Located in the Mawson lakes, it may be tricky to find as it's located at the corner of residential building.

Tasty chicken but their hottest spice is quite mild. The table water tastes quite metallic so I would recommend just purchasing water when coming by here. Friendly staff.

Listen, this place is a great fast, and great tasting restaurant! My Father and I were waiting for our order and a man who worked there came to us asking if we were waiting or needed anything! You don’t find this a KFC or those fast food places! 10/10

Very small Nando's branch but quiet enough to sit in when I went early evening mid week. Food was delivered quickly and was fresh tasting. However, not spicey enough on the hottest option.

Nandos food usually taste good and is healthy but this restaurant in Mawson Lakes are sold out most of the times I visited and you have to wait minimum 30 minutes for them to stock up and take your order

The chicken n all that were good but they weren’t really hygienic, cup was dirty as and the place stank really bad, even other customers reacted.food was good overall but they don’t know how to wash cups n all that.

I've been coming to this Mawson lakes Nando's for a very long time and no matter what change of hands or how many new faces I see it's always amazing.

The food has quite literally never been anything but what I was expecting here and the staff are always happy and friend. Makes me want to work there!

Great selection of suaces and spices to chose from to enhance your chicken, chips, burgers and wraps!

Terrible customer service from one of the ladies working, so much unnecessary attitude when communicating. And then proceeded to see her bump into another worker holding food, which then dropped and fell onto the other worker- they then continued to serve that food that had fallen.
Disgusting!

Waited over half an hour for food. People walking in after me got servered before I did. Pathetic.

Awesome love the chicken with barbecue sauce and good chips, burgers etc beer on the side.delish.

The chicken from Nandos is always cooked well and the flavour and level of spice is something that keeps bringing me back, but now with many stores closed it makes it more difficult

The food is always awesome in Mawson lakesThe guy named JOSH is very warm welcoming, lots of time we visit here and he always welcome everyone with smile and in friendly way. We appreciate his behaviour and hard work.

Not a great Nando's store
The access to store is difficult, and that reflects when you enter the store. The interiors are really run down and store is dirty, need some TLC. Food also didn't met expectations, bun cold and heat level below normal Nando's standards
In saying so, the burger fillings were nice and fresh, and sweet potato fries were delish
Good value for money, but not my usual Nando's experience at this store

Worst experience ever, I used to always eat there but today I ask them for some sauce and they didn’t give me. I will never order from Nando’s Mawson Lakes

If I could I would give a zero I had horrible customer service I will never go back to Mawson Lakes Nando’s again

I ordered a whole bbq chicken here for take away tonight and got no wings. I wonder why the chicken has no wings at all. Where are the wings Nando's?

Horrible bad experience dont go there, the staff looks uninterested, bad customer service, my corncob was served cold, no water bottle, napkins and serviettes, disgusting.

Lovely friendly staff and the food was awesome as usual.can't believe the amount of rude demanding customers I saw in there.the staff we're being slammed with orders and your abusing them for having to wait for your food.utterly disgusting behaviour.thankyou to all the staff you are doing an amazing job!

I ordered the tear and share platter with the extra ribs and it was very poor, we never received the tenderloins we were supposed to get, we asked for a whole chicken only got half a chook and it was pretty average, the salad! Well it was horribly prepared and nothing like i expected, the capsicum wasnt even char grilled like the menu said, basically the only things any good in the meal was the chips and bread and hommus dip i drove all the way back to north haven before i realised half the meal i paid for wasnt there, i will never eat there again
