44 Wonderful people who actually help and listen to UNDERSTAND, instead of the usual listening just to respond. They go out of their way to help me figure things out and I don't think I could survive without them.
Edit: No, I'm POSITIVE I wouldn't be able to survive without them.

Poor communicators.unhelpful. Yes the worst company. Should be able to give out information and an education brochure on their website. How to use it etc. I am doing a course on self-management and I will be self-managing next year. For a lot of new companies like this it is just a big grab of people insurance money. I still don't know what they sis for the lump sum taken to review my plan.
This place is an absolute joke we did some work for a customer and after my sending 5 invoices and emails a month and a half later get a call saying they are trying to sort out the invoice which never got paid. Then the second time on hold for 30 minutes at this stage its day 8 and still no money from them I can't stress this enough if you are a tradie don't accept any clients that use this service
Makes a good effort for their clients. Handles inundation well. Has pioneered the way and sets a high standard. You will not find any better.
